Arshad Nadeem, a remarkable Pakistani javelin thrower, has brought immense pride to Pakistan by clinching the gold medal in the Paris Olympics 2024. This victory is not just a personal triumph, but a historic moment for Pakistan, marking the country's first gold medal in the Olympics in over four decades. Nadeem even created history with his throw of 92.97 meters, shattering a record of 118 years, making it a truly exceptional feat.
Ace Javelin thrower, Arshad Nadeem reached Pakistan after winning the Gold medal in the Javelin throw competition at the 2024 Paris Olympics. As soon as his plane landed at Lahore airport, he was mobbed by his fans, who had come to the airport to get a glimpse of him. Many higher government officials reached the airport to receive him as well. He was also given a water cannon salute after his plane touched down at Lahore airport. However, his reunion with his family was the sweetest of all.

Arshad Nadeem was warmly welcomed at the airport, and then he went on a rally on the streets of Lahore. The champion was then received by his father and his brother at the Lahore airport. Arshad then went to his village, Mian Chanu, on August 11, 2024, and his mother came to welcome him.
After seeing his mom, Arshad Nadeem rushed to her feet and took her blessings. Later, he hugged her tight and lifted her in his arms, as the mother-son duo shed happy tears. This was indeed a wholesome moment for all.

Arshad Naddem made the entire nation proud after winning a gold medal in the Paris Olympics. As a result, the World Athletic Federation has announced a prize cheque of 50,000 dollars for him and all the other gold medalists. Besides that, the Chief Minister of Pakistan's Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has pledged a reward of ten crore rupees for him. The nation is also looking forward to August 14, 2024, when Arshad Nadeem will be awarded with Nishan E Imtiaz in Pakistan.
