In a recent interview, Sussanne Khan's boyfriend, Arslan Goni, opened up about his bond with Hrithik Roshan and talked about the importance of respect and dignity.
Interior designer, Sussanne Khan has been dating actor, Arslan Goni for a few years now, and their bond continues to grow stronger. Sussanne was previously married to Hrithik Roshan for 14 years before divorcing him in 2014. The duo continues to co-parent their children, Hrehaan (17) and Hridhaan Roshan (15), amicably. While Sussanne and Arslan’s relationship is flourishing, Hrithik is currently dating actress-singer, Saba Azad.
Sussanne Khan and Arslan Goni, along with Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad, frequently appear together at social gatherings and vacations. In an interview with Zoom, Arslan opened up about his equation with Sussanne’s ex-husband, Hrithik Roshan, and emphasised the importance of respect and dignity. He said:
“Honestly, if you are a good person and you are doing something which is not hurting anybody, I don’t find any reason for anyone on this earth to not wish you well. People, for some reason, find it difficult to stay honest. My father taught me that in both your personal and professional life, you have to be honest.”
Arslan also revealed that he maintains a cordial and respectful relationship with Hrithik. He further went on to add that his honesty and positivity help him to make bonds with other people, and he can never think badly of anybody. Arslan shared:
“God knows what others like in me, but it could be my honesty. I can never think badly of anybody. Maybe it’s that. You just go with the flow and be yourself. It’s very important to be with someone who lets you be yourself.”
Arslan Goni, who is looking forward for the release of his web series, Tanaav Season 2, also asked about his relationship with Sussanne Khan. The actor finds himself extremely lucky to have found a loving partner like Sussanne. He talked about the importance of respect in a romantic relationship and said:
“One cannot claim to be in love if there is no respect.”
For the unversed, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan always kept mum about their divorce and behaved quite amicably with one another. However, almost two years post her divorce, back in 2016, Sussanne broke her silence on the same and revealed what had gone wrong. In one of her previous interviews, she mentioned that they had reached a stage in their life where they felt it would be better if they weren’t together. Moreover, Sussanne emphasised that she didn’t want to stay in a false relationship.
