Recently, she shared her jaw-dropping weight loss journey within just eighteen days. The actress went from flab to fit in eighteen days, and she made sure to share snippets of her journey with her fans.
For those who don't know, Arti is a popular face of television. She has worked in several serials including Udaan, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, Waaris and many more. However, ever since her guest appearance on Bigg Boss 14, she has been missing in action.

Recently, Arti Singh took to her Instagram handle and shared a post on how she has been working hard to lose all the extra kilos. In the video, we can see her lifting heavy weights to doing crunches, her dedication definitely left our jaws dropped. The best part about her gym routine is that she dropped from 71.21 kgs to 66.84 kgs. Alongside it, she wrote:
"Not giving up."
Earlier, Arti had shared a picture on her Instagram handle, wherein she featured her weight gain. She shared that she was at a point when she didn't feel like going to the gym or eating food. However, the actress called it a phase, and she will lose weight soon. An excerpt from a long note could be read as:
"I took this weight on 2nd Aug and thought will go atleast 3 kg down but today I m 2 kg more . When I took the photo (swipe) I thought I wil post this and my other photo when I wil b in good shape )May b sometimes u just loose the track. Loose tht motivation. I was tired of getting up and going to gym like a ritual which is not bad."
