Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan recently bought two floors in Delhi's building, where his parents once used to live in their childhood.
Aryan Khan is the son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan. Female fans of Shah Rukh are crazy for his son, Aryan and his angry young man looks, and they eagerly are waiting for him to make his debut in the acting world. But Aryan has chosen a different path than his father and has kick-started his career in Bollywood as a director. Recently, the star kid bought two floors in Delhi, and it holds a lot of sentimental value.
According to a report in the Economic Times, Aryan Khan has bought two properties in Delhi's Panchsheel Park, where Shah Rukh Khan already owns the ground floor and basement. He purchased the two floors in May 2024 and paid Rs. 2.64 crores in stamp duty. For the Khans, the building holds sentimental value as Shah Rukh and Gauri used to once live there during the early days of their marriage.

The report also claimed that Aryan Khan bought two floors for Rs. 37 crores. It also said that Gauri Khan, who is a renowned interior designer and has designed many celebrities' homes, has meticulously designed the residence as it holds a lot of emotional significance for her.
Just like Shah Rukh, who knows how to invest his money in the right places, his kids are also following the same. Like Aryan earlier, Suhana Khan has made several real estate investments in the past few months. In January 2023, Suhana purchased farmland in Alibaug for Rs. 12.91 crore. In February 2024, Suhana bought a beachfront property near Mumbai for over Rs. 10 crore.
Talking about Aryan Khan's work, last year, he launched his luxury label, Dyavol X. Currently, he is working on a six-episode web series, Stardom. While the details about his project are kept away from the gossipmongers, Aryan had once talked about his project. He had called it creatively stimulating in different ways. Aryan Khan, who likes to talk less, divulged the details about his project in an interview with GQ.
