A new piece of information on Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan's elder son, Aryan Khan's drug case, has arrived, and it's a sigh of relief!
Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has been leading headlines for quite some time now, relating to the Mumbai cruise drug case. Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha on October 3, 2021, after a drug bust in a Mumbai cruise ship. Since then, the media has been buzzing with this news.
The celeb parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, had left no stone unturned to bail their son and prove him innocent in this whole scenario. However, their plea was denied and rejected many times. Finally, after spending three weeks in Arthur Road jail, the celeb kid was granted bail on October 29, 2021. However, Aryan still has to visit NCB for counselling sessions.

Now, the Bombay High Court has released an order stating that there is no evidence of drug-related offences. Moreover, no objectionable information has been found on Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chats. The Bombay HC's order said:
"There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act."
During the October bail hearings, NCB objected that there have been 'conspiracy' and 'incriminating evidence found on Whatsapp chats'. Further, the Bombay HC's order read:
"Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them."

Since his bail, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have planned some safety measures for their son, Aryan Khan. Now, the celeb parents are on the lookout for a personal bodyguard for Aryan, who would stay with him and protect him from all the troubles. A source close to the Khan family has revealed that Shah Rukh Khan has intensified the search for a bodyguard for Aryan. The source said:
"Shah Rukh will soon have to head out of the city and country for the shoots of his films. And Ravi Singh, who has been assisting Aryan to and back from the NCB office will leave with SRK. In their absence, he wants someone reliable to accompany Aryan."
We hope this dark cloud gets cleared away soon over Shah Rukh Khan's elder son, Aryan Khan.
