Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan reportedly told NCB officials that his father keeps so busy that he himself takes an appointment to meet him.
It was on the night of October 2, 2021, when the Narcotics Control Bureau had raided a party on a Goa-bound cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai and had arrested ten people and six organisers. Among the ones arrested was superstar, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan. After being produced to the court, Aryan has been sent to NCB custody till October 7, 2021.
A report by The Times of India had stated that Aryan Khan was booked for the consumption of Charas. Out of the eight arrested along with Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant is the son of a timber businessman, whereas Munmun Dhamecha is the daughter of a businessman from Madhya Pradesh. In a written statement, Aryan Khan had acknowledged his arrest, stating, "I understand grounds of my arrest and informed the same to my family members."

As per the reports of IANS, Aryan Khan reportedly talked about his superstar father, Shah Rukh Khan's busy schedule. As per the reports, the star kid told the NCB officials that his father keeps so busy that he sometimes takes an appointment to just to meet him.
However, SRK had sought special permission for a brief meeting with his son, Aryan, in the NCB custody. As per IANS, the 24-year-old had cried before his dad. It is also stated that Aryan is being framed in the case as there were no drugs recovered from him.

Aryan Khan is represented by senior advocate, Satish Manshinde. At the court hearing on October 4, 2021, Aryan's lawyer, Manshinde, during a heated argument, had said, "It was not as if Khan (Aryan) was selling drugs in the ship, if he wants, he can buy the ship".
When the star kid appeared at the Killa court, Manshinde had stated that Aryan was arrested on the basis of chats, and nothing was seized from him. In his words, "However, he did not have a boarding pass. He didn't have any seats or cabins there. Secondly, according to the seizure, nothing has been found in his possession. He is arrested only based on chats." Manshinde had also fought actress, Rhea Chakraborty's case.

It is alleged by various reports that the charges brought against Aryan Khan include purchase, possession and use of banned substances!
