Atul Subhash's suicide case has ignited a national conversation, with the' MenToo' and 'MenLivesMatter' hashtags serving as a rallying cry for justice. The 34-year-old Bengaluru-based techie's tragic end has prompted a widespread demand for justice as he struggled against a legal system that seemed to favour his wife, Nikita Singhania. Atul, who accused Nikita of 'explicitly instigating his suicide', reportedly faced with nine cases lodged against him by Nikita, who also demanded alimony of Rs. 3 crores despite her own stable employment at an IT company.

During an interview with a journalist from ANI, Atul's parents shared their anguish. In a heart-wrenching moment, his mother, overcome with grief, pleaded for justice for her son. Her tearful plea, with folded hands, was a powerful call for India's judiciary system to amend its laws. When asked if she had any inkling of her son's drastic step, she vehemently denied it, expressing her shock and disbelief that such a tragedy could have occurred.

In the same conversation, Atul Subhash's father, Pawan Kumar, expressed his profound disappointment with the judicial system. He spoke of his 34-year-old son's suicide and the court's failure to uphold the law. The devastated father's accusation that the Supreme Court was biased and his belief that the judicial system had pushed his son to the edge during the ongoing battle over divorce and child custody, underscore the urgent need for reform.

Pawan Kumar also revealed that his son was tortured mentally and physically, as he was forced to travel from Bengaluru to Jaunpur (Uttar Pradesh). It's fair to say that this case has become a national topic and is getting much attention. We hope India's judicial system soon announces its final verdict in this case so that it can send a positive message loud and clear to all the men who are scared of marriage at the moment due to divorce law amendments.

Atul revealed that his wife, Nikita Singhania, demanded a sum of Rs. 3 crore to withdraw her cases against him. Frustrated by the judicial system, which is in support of women, Atul decided to end his life.
