Avika Gor rose to fame by portraying the role of 'Anandi' in Colour television's popular show, Balika Vadhu. However, she had gained the next level of popularity during her acting stint in Sasural Simar Ka. Her chemistry with her co-star, Manish Raisinghan, was loved by all. And people were sure that something was brewing between the two.

However, Avika and Manish had cleared that they are 'just best friends' and nothing more. Recently, there was a strange rumour doing the rounds on the internet that Manish Raisinghan and Avika Gor have a secret child.
The young actress, Avika, expressed her disbelief at the absurd rumour. In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Avika shared that it is impossible. Rubbishing the rumour further, Avika also stated that Manish is eighter years older than her.
Avika further added that Manish is her best friend, and he will always remain an important part of her life. She said, "There were articles like humne bachcha chhupa ke rakha hai (we have a secret child). We are very close, even now. He'll always have a very space in my life. In my journey from the age of 13 till now, he has been the closest friend that I've ever had."

For the uninitiated, last year, in November, Avika had finally revealed that she is 'taken' forever. The actress had shared a lovely picture with her beau, Milind Chandwani, who was also a Roadies contestant.
Alongside it, Avika had written, "La vie en rose. My prayers have been answered. I have found the love of my life! (Shiroo ke alava) This kind human is mine. And I’m his.. forever. We all deserve a partner that understands us, believes in us, inspires us, helps us grow & truly cares for us. But, most of us feel that it's impossible to find such a partner. So, it feels like a dream, but it’s real! So so so real! I pray for all of you. I want u all to feel what I’m feeling today."
