Family is the key to happiness, and it is their love which keeps us going through the tough times of our lives. Like we always say that behind a successful man, there is a woman who believed in him, supported him throughout and made sure to keep him grounded. Ayushmann Khurrana is one of the finest actors of Bollywood and the Vicky Donor actor has always given credit to his wife for his superstardom. Ayushmann and Tahira’s love story has made us believe that true love still exists. Author, filmmaker and cancer survivor, Tahira Kashyap had met Ayushmann in a tuition class and had fallen in love with the charmer. The duo, who had completed 11 years of marital bliss are parents to two adorable kids, Virajveer and Varushka. Even after so many years together, they still give major couple goals to the millennials.
On January 2, 2020, Ayushmann and Tahira’s son, Virajveer had turned 8 years old and on January 12, 2020, the parents had hosted a birthday bash for their son in Mumbai. On January 13, 2020, Ayushmann’s brother, Aparshakti posted a family picture, where Ayushmann, Tahira, Aparshakti, and his wife, Akriti Ahuja posed for a family photo. Along with the picture, Aparshakti wrote, “Whenever I see all of us in one frame, I feel so blessed #Family.” Take a look at the pictures:
On Virajveer Khurrana’s birthday, his mom, Tahira Kashyap had taken to her Instagram to wish the birthday boy with a special message, which could be read as “My everything! Wish you a blessed one! And you share your birthday with a great man of great vision #daisakuikeda may you follow the ideology of humanity and love over anything else. To have acceptance and to value people. Spread the love that you have and see your happiness grow too. My birthday boy I love you.” (Also Read: 'Coolie No 1' Star, Varun Dhawan Talks About 'The Challenge To Prove His Dad, David Dhawan Wrong')
Being a star wife can be a bit difficult sometimes, dealing with all the limelight the husband gets. Tahira, who is also a filmmaker, had spoken about whether her identity has gone for a toss under the stardom of her husband and had proudly said, “I know Ayushmann for 18 years and I take pride in being called as Ayushmann’s wife. As far as my identity is concerned, the world has been really receptive towards the message I have of self-acceptance. People have started to accept me for who I am and my presence, opinion and existence.”
Ayushmann is riding high on his professional front but the Andhadhun actor went through a tough time last year when his wife was diagnosed with cancer. Ayushmann has been her constant support throughout her survival journey and stood like a pillar while being with her at every juncture. In an interview with the Mid-Day, Ayushmann had revealed that Tahira was diagnosed on his birthday (September 14) and they had to maintain a happy state to deal with the trauma. He had stated that there was no point in crying and had taken her to watch the film, Manmarziyaan. After the film, they had come back and got the date for her operation.
A few months back, Tahira Kashyap’s doting devrani, Aakriti Ahuja had posted a super-adorable picture of her husband, Aparshakti Khurana and brother-in-law, Ayushmann Khurrana giving Tahira a sweet peck on her head. Aakriti had penned down a beautiful note, which could be read as “The happiest picture I’ve seen in a very long time. The girl here in the centre, she binds us all like. Our absolute support system and rock. My family, hearts, some Johny Bravo hair and a whole pool of love and togetherness. I miss you and you need to come here super soon!” (Also Read: Salman Khan's 'Maama-Bhanji' Moment Of Adoring His Newborn Niece, Ayat Sharma Is A Sight To Behold!)
