Babil Khan Shares His Late Father, Irrfan Khan And Mom Sutapa Sikdar's Photos, 'From NSD To Stardom'

Babil Khan shared two pictures of his late father, Irrfan Khan and his mother, Sutapa Sikdar showing their journey from acting in theatre to living sardom, two pictures that are 35 years apart.

Late actor, Irrfan Khan's elder son, Babil Khan shared pictures of his late father, Irrfan Khan and mother, Sutapa Sikdar from their time in the National School of Drama (NSD) to attending an event after achieving it all. The two pictures are 35 years apart and speaks everything about their incredible journey. This isn't the first time when Babil Khan has delighted everyone with an unseen picture of his father, as time and again, the youngster shares some never-seen-before videos and photographs from their memory lane. However, we have also seen Babil getting super-emotional at times and sharing heart-breaking notes for his late dad, Irrfan, revealing him how tough it is to live down here without his support and guidance. There's no doubt in saying that Babil Khan was extremely close to his father, Irrfan Khan as since his demise, Babil never misses a chance to remember his father. From sharing his values and important lessons in his IG stories to posting rare childhood pictures of him with his abba, Irrfan, the youngster is doing everything to make sure his fans always feel his presence around them. For the unversed, It was on April 28, 2020, when Irrfan was admitted at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for colon infection and had passed away the very next morning on April 29, 2020.

On March 13, 2021, Angrezi Medium actor, late Irrfan Khan's son, Babil Khan took to his Instagram handle and shared two pictures, 35 years apart, showcasing his father and mother, Sutapa Sikdar's journey from working in theatre to stardom. The first picture is a monochrome one from his parents' time at the National School of Drama (NSD), and both Irrfan and Sutapa had looked intense while performing a play. The next picture that is a stunning selfie is taken after almost 35 years of that first picture, and in this one, the two can be seen attending an event, where all eyes and lenses were on them. The pictures speak everything about their incredible journey and give us major couple goals for sure. Along with these pictures, Babil penned a short note in the caption, and it can be read as "Mamma and baba in NSD cut to mamma and baba 35 years later." For the unversed, Babil Khan is studying filmmaking, and everyone is anxiously waiting for his debut in Bollywood. On March 11, 2021, Babil had revealed that he'd soon reveal the project in which he was busy. The youngster had taken to his IG handle and had shared a BTS from his late father, Irrfan Khan's iconic film, Maqbool in which we can see his father tying a bandage around his co-star and famous actress, Tabu. Along with the beautiful picture that speaks everything about Irrfan's kind and loving nature, his son had penned down a long note describing everything about his debut in Indian cinema. Babil had started his note, revealing that he hadn't informed everyone about his projects and the things he was working on because of some superstitions. He had written, "I know it's been a minute. Going further in his note, Babil Khan had revealed that he's frightened to start his journey in Indian cinema. To calm his anxieties, he always looks at his late father, Irrfan Khan's old photographs from his time at NSD or from his older movies. His note had continued, "Anyway, since I'm obviously extremely frightened on having started my journey in Indian cinema without any formal training on acting and 8 years too early, I often calm my anxieties by looking at baba's pictures from NSD and earlier films.
