In a viral reel, rappers, Badshah and Raftaar were seen taking a dig at Yo Yo Honey Singh, grabbing a lot of attention.
Famous Indian rapper, Badshah has changed the face of rapping with some of his successful songs. Apart from his tremendous career, Badshah is also popular for his arch-rivalry with Yo Yo Honey Singh. The singer has often talked about the same and also revealed what went wrong between him and Honey Singh. And now, the singer has yet again taken a dig at Honey Singh.
Badshah is one of the judges at the reality show, Hip Hop India. In the latest episode of the show, rapper, Raftaar was seen asking Badshah about his latest song, Gone Girl, which featured the line, ‘Kuch logon ka comeback hi nahi ho raha’. In a reel doing rounds on social media, Raftaar asks Badshaah, ‘Bata do na kiska comeback nahi ho raha’, to which he responds and takes a sly dig at Honey Singh.

Listening to Badshah’s response, Raftaar could not stop laughing, and the entire crew cheered. For the unversed, Badshah’s latest released song, Gone Girl, features a line used as a rap by the rapper himself, which says, ‘Kuch logon ka comeback hi nahi ho raha’. Ever since the song was released, there has been a buzz stating that the song was directed to Honey Singh as he couldn’t make his comeback to the industry yet after suffering from bipolar disorder.

Before making his solo career, Badshah was part of a band called Mafia Mundeer, which also had members like Yo Yo Honey Singh, Raftaar and Lil’ Golu. It was in 2011 when Badshah first collaborated with Honey Singh and their first song, Get Up Jawani came out. The band broke in 2012. In a podcast with Raj Shamani, Badshah opened up about his tiff with Honey Singh.

Revealing what went wrong between the two, Badshah stated how he felt Honey Singh was a self-centred man. Elaborating on the same, he stated:
“We are also creating so many songs, please consider us as well. We have left everything behind and come here. You (Honey) should not be so self-centered. On the one hand, you call us brothers, but on the other, you fail to acknowledge our struggles. He made us sign blank papers; what about those contracts? It was a tough phase."
