Sana Makbul, who lifted the trophy of the third season of 'Bigg Boss OTT', recently talked about her 42-day journey in the house.
Bigg Boss OTT's third season, which was hosted by Anil Kapoor, ended on August 2, 2024. Sana Makbul emerged as the winner of the season, defeating Naezy and Ranvir Shorey. She lifted the trophy and received a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakh. However, her journey in the show wasn't without challenges.
After winning the show, Sana Makbul spoke with India Today to share her feelings about lifting the trophy and her 42-day journey in the BB house. The actress mentioned that since the premiere of the show, her target was to become the winner. Revealing that she's proud of her journey, Sana said:
"From day 1, I wanted to win the trophy, and I maintained that. Today, when I have the trophy with me, I feel grateful and also have more respect for myself. Everyone kept commenting that I have an invisible crown on my head, and I think today, I would hold the trophy as my real crown."

Sana, who had a major tiff with Bollywood actor, Ranvir Shorey during the show, highlighted that a majority of her co-contestants did not quite like her. She revealed that their constant judgements had affected her morale. Sana also added that her housemates wanted to tame her, but they just couldn't. She was quoted as saying:
"I believe in energies and vibe, and I had no positivity around me. 80 per cent of the people in the house didn’t like me. They would judge me if I was being nice or kind or even voicing my emotions. This made me question myself if I was wrong. They would constantly be putting me down and it really affected my morale. They wanted to tame me not knowing that tigresses can never be tamed."
In the same conversation, the actress disclosed that Bigg Boss OTT 3 helped her discover how strong and fierce a person she is. Moreover, Sana also said that the show made her realise her strong gut feelings and her intent to achieve anything and everything she had ever set her mind to.

While Sana Makbul lifted the trophy of BB OTT 3, her good friend, Naezy, became the first runner-up. The two contestants were quite close during the entirety of the show, which led many to speculate if Sana and Naezy had some romantic feelings for one another. This air around such rumours was cleared during a media interaction in the BB house, where the rapper had clarified that the two had nothing going on.
