Celeb relationships, especially the ones which begin in a reality show, are pretty uncertain. It’s a common trait that they usually end as soon as the show gets over. But Bigg Boss 11 contestants Bandgi Kalra and Puneesh Sharma defy this notion. Their love story started inside the house; it’s been almost a month since the show ended and the couple is still going strong in the real world.
Of course, when we speak of young lovebirds, we have to talk about Valentine’s week. The on-going Valentine’s week has been very sweet and blissful for Bandgi, courtesy her boyfriend, Puneesh who is so caring and never shies away from making his lady-love feel special. On February 11, 2018, which is the Promise Day of Valentine’s week and which also happens to be Bandgi’s birthday, Puneesh gifted her a beautiful solitaire ring which looks stunning.
Bandgi took to her Instagram to share this special feeling with her fans. She posted a few pics and stories wearing the ring and captioned them beautifully as, “Thank you so much @puneesh4353 for this lovely gift on my birthday, I had such an amazing birthday with you and I love it.” She posted another pic of the two, and captioned it, “Best birthday ever, thankyou @puneesh4353 for making this day such a special day, birthday week started.”
And not just the gift, Puneesh also took to his Instagram and share a couple picture of the two, and wished Bandgi with this heartfelt message, “Happy Birthday to the most beautiful girl in the world. I love you.”
For those who don’t know, Puneesh and Bandgi’s love story started in the Bigg Boss 11 itself, and their feelings grew towards each other. Even their parents have accepted their relationship. To SpotboyE, Bandgi once revealed, “Yes, they have accepted our love. In fact, I am in touch with his mom. She was elated at the news of my return to the house for a task as she was concerned about Puneesh’s well-being.”
In fact, in an interview, when Puneesh was asked about his love for Bandgi, he talked of her in a really revered manner and also said that their parents have accepted their love. He said, “She is so beautiful. Where will I ever get a girl like her? People might say that she fell for my money, but I know that she really loves me. And if you feel that other couples on Bigg Boss were faking it, I would not know. All I can say is, we are not faking it. My parents are very happy about our relationship.”
Recently, there were rumours that the two have been thrown out of their Mumbai house (are they in a live-in relationship?). But Bandgi cleared such baseless rumours to the Indian Express and said, “I am surprised at all these stories. The news of me being thrown out of the house had also emerged when I was in Bigg Boss and now it’s back. I don’t understand how people can report the same kind of news again and again. It’s complete rubbish. I don’t know why people are after our lives. I am right now at my place comfortably, so have no idea where did such news come from.”
Considering that Puneesh and Bandgi were both commoners when they entered Bigg Boss 11, it’s really appreciative that post the show, they’re no less than a celebrity and they’ve done a remarkable job.
