Diet Secrets

Nargis loves to eat fresh vegetables, eggs and bananas. The stunning diva avoids sugar, processed foods and aerated drinks. She also enjoys cooking her own food and trying out different dishes. She includes moderate quantity of milk and bread in her diet.

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs

Lunch: Vegetable soup with salad/ Salmon fish with salad/ mashed potatoes/ a chicken sandwich

Dinner: Melba toast or Quinoa mixed with vegetables or Sardines with onions. She also eats aalo palak, rajma or dal with chapattis for dinner, sometimes.

  • She also says that one must sleep properly to relieve stress and stay fit.
