  • Although Shruti is not a big fan of working out in a gym, she does push herself to visit a gym as often as she can. In a gym, she prefers running on a treadmill where she can monitor her own progress.

Shruti does not believe in crash dieting for weight loss. She understands her body, and eats accordingly to maintain her figure. She never skips breakfast and consumes a lot of fresh fruits. "I prefer natural products and avoid anything with chemicals in it. Even though I'm particular about brands, I always ensure I pick up only good quality ones. I wash my face regularly and I make sure to apply night cream as well as a first-class moisturiser in the daybreak. Since I spend a lot of time for open-air shots, I carry a sunscreen with me all the time and re-apply it every two hours."

To get rid of the ugly tan lines, she relies on natural products like tomatoes, lemon and honey. She regularly sips on tender coconut water to retain the glow of her skin.
