Bhagyashree shared pictures from her wedding with her husband, Himalay Dassani, and talked about reliving the moment after 33 years again.
Maine Pyaar Kiya fame, Bhagyashree's marriage with her soulmate, Himalay Dassani has always been the talk of the town. If media reports are to be believed, the actress had eloped with Himalay and had tied the knot in 1990. Since then, the duo has been living their life to its fullest and their social media handle is a proof of the same.
Currently, Bhagyashree and her husband, Himalay, has participated in the television reality show, Smart Jodi. In one of the episode's promo, the couple was seen exchanging varmala on stage to recreate their wedding moment once again. While recalling the days in 1990 when she had decided to get married to Himalay, she had revealed that her parents weren't ready to accept that. Talking about the same, the actress had revealed that she had got married to her husband amidst strong disapproval by her parents.

A few moments back, Bhagyashree shared two pictures with her husband, Himalay Dassani, on her Instagram handle. One of her pictures was from her actual wedding where she can be seen donning a laal dulhan ka jora, sitting beside Himalay, who looked handsome in his then groom's attire. The following picture was from the couple's second time marriage with her husband on the sets of the reality show, Smart Jodi, with all the rituals and ceremonies. Along with the romantic pictures, he shared her excitement for recreating. She wrote:
"Can you believe this... replicating what we did 33years ago...re-living the big day of our lives! @himallay27 n me...We got married again thanks to #SmartJodi.... and shared some memorable incidents that people don't know. "
In an interview with Humans of Bombay, Bhagyashree had revealed how she had met her darling husband, Himalay. The duo was in the same school. Sharing the earliest memory of him, Bhagyashree had called Himalay, the naughtiest kid in her class. She had said:
"We went to school together. He was the naughtiest kid in class and I was always the class monitor. We would fight all the time and the rest of the class would have a blast! We were like Yin and Yang — the more we fought, the more it became clear that we couldn't be apart. We never dated though…he never even told me how he felt until the last day of school. He said, 'I have to tell you something' and then for one week he kept trying to say it but would always back out. Finally, I went upto him and said, 'look, just say it… I'm sure the answer will be positive' and that's when he told me he liked me."

Bhagyashree had always loved her role of being a homemaker. In the interaction with Humans Of Bombay, Bhagyashree had revealed the reason behind her decision to become a homemaker and not a successful actress. She had explained:
"Very often, people say 'giving up such a bright career' is backward, but I disagree. I respect and admire career women who can juggle both, but I took the decision of being a full invested home maker…and believe me, that's a thankless job. But it's all worth it when you see your children growing up into fine human beings."
Bhagyashree and her husband, Himalay Dassani, are parents to two wonderful kids, Abhimanyu Dassani and Avantika Dassani. Both their kids have followed Bhagyashree's footsteps and had already stepped into the Hindi film industry. Their son, Abhimanyu had made his acting debut in 2018 with the film, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. He had also won an award at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards for his performance in the film, Meenakshi Sundareshwar. On the other hand, Avantika will make her acting debut with her upcoming television series, Mithya.
