The artist tied the knot with Delhi-based businessman, Nehal Dhingra, and within five months of marriage, Bhumika announced her pregnancy and soon welcomed her son, Kabir. The video was extremely wholesome, and her son looked cute as a button. Taking to the comment section, many admirers of the artists praised her and even hailed her caring nature, but one comment in particular caught our eye.
In the comment section, one of Bhumika's ardent followers wrote, "I think she is a single mother." Surprisingly, Bhumika liked the comment, seemingly confirming her separation rumours. Now, Bhumika liked only a few comments, so it is not clear if she liked it by mistake or if she deliberately liked the comment to drop hints about her marital status.

Bhumika also shared her spiritual guruji's picture and skipped mentioning her husband. So, given the situation, it seemed like Bhumika had hit a rocky patch with her husband, Nehal.
