The wake of the #MeToo movement in 2018 has given courage to many women to come out and share their stories. That’s when an anonymous user had opened up about her sexual misconduct story which she had reportedly faced at the hands of Bhushan Kumar. Although, that case was washed off by the tide of time. Once again, the director of T-Series is charged with alleged accusations of sexual misconduct and rape by a 30-year-old woman.
For the unversed, Divya Khosla was just 21 when she had decided to marry Bhushan Kumar. It was a decision taken with the blessings of elders, followed by a celebration enjoyed by everyone. After which, Bhushan and Divya got married on February 13, 2005, at the Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu. In 2011, Divya and Bhushan welcomed their child, Ruhaan.

According to a report in ETimes, Bhushan Kumar, the director of the popular music label, T-Series, has allegedly raped a 30-year-old woman. It is reported that Bhushan abused the victim on the pretext of giving her some major work in his company. At the moment, no arrest has been made, but a case of rape has been registered in his name at DP Nagar Police station in Andheri West, Mumbai.
A police source confirmed the ongoing shocking reports in an ANI report, and it can be read as "Case registered u/s 376 IPC against Bhushan Kumar, managing director, T-Series, at DN Nagar Police station on allegations of rape with a 30-year-old woman on the pretext of engaging her for a project at the company. Probe underway, no arrests made till now."

Back in 2018, Bhushan Kumar was accused of sexual misconduct by an unnamed Twitter user. The woman had claimed that she was dropped out of a movie after she had denied sleeping with the boss. The accusations had stunned the entire Bollywood industry, which was already witnessing tons of shocking sexual harassment cases against many elite names of B-town during the #MeTooMovement.
The ground-breaking tweet, in which the random Twitter user had made some serious allegations of sexual misconduct against Bhushan Kumar, could be read as "This is my #metoo moment with the so-called mafia of the industry 'Bhushan Kumar'. This happened 3 years back, I was supposed to do a film which was produced by Bhushan. I met him for the first time in his office, it was a formal meeting, and everything was finalised verbally, and papers were to be signed the next day".
The unnamed user had further written in her Tweet, "After half n hour I get a msg from Bhushan Kumar himself, asking me to meet him at his bungalow in Versova in the evening. I messaged him back saying I am not comfortable coming to any bungalow. He then messaged me back saying that he's looking for a relationship that involves work and pleasure and that if given, he can make me a superstar."
