In a recent episode of 'Bigg Boss 18', Arfeen Khan recalled a tragic incident when his wife Sara suffered a miscarriage.
In an emotional episode of Bigg Boss 18 , life coach Arfeen Khan, shared painful experiences from his and his wife, Sara Arfeen Khan's lives. Bigg Boss had announced that Sara would be exiting the show in the next 24 hours, creating a tense moment between the couple. An emotional conversation took place between the couple after Bigg Boss's announcement. Arfeen bore his heart out about their earlier struggles, which included Sara's miscarriages and the struggles they faced over the years.
Arfeen Khan had mustered the courage to speak about his and his wife Sara Arfeen Khan's traumatic past. She revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage after a car accident. The incident took place a year after they got married. Arfeen shed light on the incident and said:
“I am her husband and I am protective towards her. I don't think she is weak but I have to take difficult decisions at times. You don't know what we have been through, what she has been through. We had miscarriages twice. Once we were in a car crash, she was carrying twins. It was just a year after our marriage. It was her birthday. People would pressure us to have kids, but they didn't know the struggles we were facing."
Arfeen Khan's revelations of what he and his wife underwent in their personal lives did not stop at the topic of miscarriage. He revealed another heartbreaking, emotional moment from their lives. Arfeen mentioned that his wife Sara's, dad passed away soon after their wedding, which took place in Dubai. Sara had a close connection with her father. Arfeen had found out that Sara's dad had allegedly committed suicide and found he had hanged himself to death. Remembering the sad incident, Arfeen quipped:
“I became her support.”
Advocate Gunaratna Sadavarte was the first contestant to exit the Bigg Boss 18 show. After him was Hema Sharma and now Sara Arfeen Khan, is the third contestant who is at the risk of being exited from the controversial reality show. The latest promo showed that Bigg Boss had ordered Arfeen Khan to go inside the jail that Avinash Mishra had occupied. Bigg Boss then suddenly announced Sara Arfeen Khan's possible exit from the show.
Bigg Boss made all the contestants listen to a clip in which Arfeen Khan said Sara should not have come to the show. Sara then went to a corner and cried a river, as seen in the video. Mind coach, Arfeen Khan was then seen inside the jail and Sara was shown wearing a chain that read, "Expiry Soon". All the housemates had tension on their faces. Bigg Boss then made the shocking announcement and hinted at a possible exit of Sara Arfeen Khan from the show.

Actress Sara Arfeen Khan and her husband Arfeen Khan knew that they were meant to be together forever. A report by Asianage mentioned that Arfeen swooned over Sara when she was admitted to the hospital. Since that time, the couple in love has been inseparable. Arfeen had once even spoken about his hospital love story and had said:
"Sara was really sick; so much so, that she had to be admitted to the hospital. When I went to meet her, I knew I was going to marry her, though we did take a lot of time to finally walk down the aisle. ."
The couple is blessed with twins, Zidane and Aizah.
