Sara Arfeen Khan recently shared a vulnerable moment in Bigg Boss 18, where she opened up about her two miscarriages. Sara shared that she suffered two miscarriages, after which she gave birth to her twin. But even at that time, her husband, Arfeen, was not by her side as she had to leave for a conference where five thousand people were waiting for him.
"When my babies were born, Arfeen ko jana para from London to India to attend a seminar, Taaki woh 5,000 logo ko himmat de sake. Twins birth, after ten years of maarige and two miscarriages. Arfeen couldn’t even be present for the birth of our twins."
Sara burst out as Avinash Mishra mocked Arfeen and her profession of mind coaches. Sara even accused Bigg Boss of mocking their profession, which is their bread and butter. Sara further added:
"I and Arfeen are being mocked again and again by everyone, even by Bigg Boss on a profession being a mind coach is not a sin. It is a bread and butter. We know how we have earned and made this position."
In an exclusive interview with BollywoodShaadis, famous television actress, Sara Arfeen Khan talked about her postpartum weight loss and highlighted some surprising and essential points about her diet and workout routine. The gorgeous actress said that postpartum is a highly crucial phase for women because of its impact on the physique and health of the mother. She said:
"It is a very crucial time for women after they have given birth. Although resting and eating well is important, one must also start working out once the resting period is over as later, you will tend to get used to your excess weight. Besides the longer you leave, the harder it gets to shed that postpartum weight."
Going further in her interview, Sara stressed the importance of working and stated how it helps raise the mother's energy levels, which will help her take good care of her children. Sharing her workout routine and diet, Sara said:
"For me being fit is more important now than ever before because I will be able to look after my twin babies better and indulge in all the physical activities with them. I work out four days a week, and my workout is 30-40 minutes of cardio and then 20 minutes of weight training. As for my diet, I try to maintain a protein diet. However, Sundays are my cheat day, or you can say carbs day!"
