It was on April 30, 2016, when the bong beauty, Bipasha Basu, had broken many hearts when she got married to actor, Karan Singh Grover. Their love story is no less than a fairy tale where our Punjabi munda fell head over heels with the Bengali beauty. The rumours of their ‘monkey love’ (as they address it) had started when the two were filming for their first movie, Alone. There were speculations of a possible spark between the two, however, Karan Singh Grover, who was previously married to actress Shraddha Nigam and actress Jennifer Winget did not address his relationship with Bipasha. But when the two had come out in public in 2016 announcing their marriage, we couldn’t hide our excitement for the lovely couple’s D-day.

Bipasha Basu Singh Grover, who had completed three years of marital bliss with Karan Singh Grover, recently celebrated the tradition of Sindoor Khela with her sisters for the first time after her marriage. The festival of Sindoor Khela is observed on Dussehra where all the married women of the Bengali community smear each other with sindoor. It is believed that the more sindoor is applied on a person’s face, the long-married life they will have.

Our Bengali beauty, Bipasha, looked just gorgeous as she was seen wearing a red and white saree and red sindoor smeared all over her face. She shared a number of pictures on her Instagram handle with her husband, sisters and friends and captioned them, “First sindoor khela after marriage with my sisters. Miss you Ma and Papa #durgadurga”.

Bipasha and Karan are often seen sharing pictures of their 'monkey love' on their respective Instagram handles. Karan has always said that marrying Bipasha was the best decision of his life and had also revealed that the actress is the most down to earth person he has ever met. The Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 actor, Karan Singh Grover also posted a video from the celebrations of Sindoor Khela where he was seen applying sindoor on his wife’s forehead.

Recently, in an interview with the DNA, Karan had talked about his wife, Bipasha and how marriage has completely changed his life, Talking about the same, he had stated, "Life has a new meaning. It is more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Everything is sorted. She is a master at sorting it down (laughs). Bipasha and Karan have the sweetest love story. In an interview, Bipasha had revealed what is that one thing which drove her towards him and had stated, "I love Karan because we are like twin souls - we believe in enjoying life like travelling and loving nature. Kahan leke jaogi ye sab - we Indian tend to live like robots, save and die and so are unable to enjoy the money we have earned. It's about the choices you make in life."

The much-in-love couple makes sure to binge in some Bengali food while spending time every Sunday at Bipasha’s home. Revealing the same, Karan had shared, "Sundays we spend time with the family. Mom cooks dishes like kosha mangsho, chingri malai curry, or poshto. And doi. I think I was born to eat mishti doi. It's my thing. I can live on it. And kheer kodom also. It's a mouthful of heaven."

On April 30, 2019, the duo had completed three beautiful years together and Bipasha had talked about the same in an interview with the IANS. She had shared, "It has been four years together and now it's going to be three years for our marriage. It has been beautiful. I feel that it is important that your partner is like your best friend. So, we are in complete sync every day. We do love to spend time together. Doing everything together. It is a fulfilling experience when you come back home and there is someone waiting for you."

She had further added, "For a long period of my life, I have been very alone I have done everything by myself. It feels good to be pampered by him (Karan) all the time. He is an all-heart human being. He is emotional and sensitive. He senses every mood of mine and tries to cheer me up always if I am angry or upset with anything in the world. He is the kind of person who makes me smile and laugh a lot, takes care of me... You don't see such sensitive people around in today's time but Karan is a person who is ruled by heart, which is my most favourite thing about him. I'm lucky to have a husband like him because he does not believe in a man-woman divide. He helps me in everything."

In an interview with The Indian Express, Karan had talked about Bipasha, their relationship and how he seeks her guidance in everything. He had stated, "We do talk about work. There’s not much of guidance that I can offer her. But anything interesting that she reads, she does tell me. Personally, I seek her guidance in everything. She is very sorted in life and has the best advice.
