'Blackpink' Singer, Jennie Reportedly Bought A 31 Crores Luxury Villa In UN Village, All In Cash

South Korean girl band, 'Blackpink's singer, Jennie, reportedly bought a thirty-one crore luxury villa in UN village. Jennie bought the estate all in cash with zero bank loans or financial assistance.

Jennie Kim, aka Jennie from Blackpink, is known as one of the most successful pop singers in the world. Having entered the industry only seven years back, Jennie has achieved global success like no other. Along with having numerous brand deals to her name, Jennie is also the brand ambassador of several luxury brands like Chanel, Calvin Klein and more.

Jennie's financial income is something no commoner in their right mind will be able to decipher, which is clearly visible in her opulent choices. Quite recently, the Blackpink star splurged on a swanky real estate property, which is estimated to cost around thirty-one crores, if not more.

Blackpink singer, Jennie's swanky thirty-one crores luxury villa

Leading South Korean portals, Koreaboo and Biz Hankook reported that Backpink singer, Jennie has purchased a luxury villa in the UN village premises. The property reportedly costs KRW 5 billion, which translates to INR thirty-one crores. Jennie has already registered the estate to her name and added it as her official address in the local municipality.

Koreaboo also added that Jennie purchased the entire property in cash without any financial assistance or bank loans. The villa is situated in LaTerrace villa complex and features five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa covers an area of 244.97 square meters.

Jennie may switch to her rumoured boyfriend, BTS V's agency, HYBE.

It was previously speculated that Jennie might go solo and establish her own agency, but as per recent rumours, there is a high chance that she may have already signed a contract with HYBE. Jennie recently went live on Weverse (a South Korean social media platform), which was screen recorded and later uploaded on YouTube by a fan. HYBE took the video down per their copyright complaint, which led to rumours that HYBE is looking after their new joinee, Jennie.
