In fact, she has emerged out successful in both the facets of her life. Her movies, as well as her goals, tasted success. Losing 43 kgs was definitely not a cake walk for the gorgeous girl. But with her courage and strength, she achieved a fabulous toned body and stardom for that matter. Though she doesn’t advocate a size-zero body, today she is a lot fitter and healthier.

Diet- Zareen made practical and sustainable changes in her diet. Sweets and fried food are a strict no for the diva. Zareen makes sure she opts for the right kind of food that suits her body type. Fruits, sprouts, brown bread toasts, vegetables, coconut water and clear soups are what her diet includes. Also, she is a non-believer of weight loss pills and eats whatever she wants to in right portions.
Workout- She kicked off her workout plan with brisk and regular walks. Soon she included Pilates, weight training, and cardio exercises into her work-out sessions. Her gym instructor Yasmin Karachiwala helped her with different types of exercises for muscle strength and flexibility. Different types of cardio like swimming, jogging and spinning helped her ditch the monotony. She took to Yoga as the best form of exercise as it can be done anywhere without any equipment required.
