Bollywood’s spunkiest actress was one embroiled in a controversy involving her ex-boyfriend, Ness Wadia. Preity had filed a case against Ness, and had alleged that he had threatened her during an IPL match in Wankhede stadium, on May 30, 2014.
Preity said in her statement,
"(Ness) Intimidated me by saying he could make me disappear as I was a nobody and only an actress and he's a powerful person...this afore-stated incident in Mumbai in the Wankhede Stadium has left me shattered and fear for my life."
The charges that were filed against Ness were assault intended to "outrage a woman's modesty and criminal intimidation".
The actress in her FIR had stated:
"He came up to me at my seat and started screaming and abusing me in front of everyone... He used foul language, which was demeaning to my reputation and character."
Ness and his close ones called these statements, "shocking, baseless and false."

Sajid and Jacqueline parted ways a few years ago. Though back then, both of them stayed quiet on their relationship status and breakup, it was often reported that Sajid’s over-involvement in Jacqueline’s career and possessive nature were the reasons behind their split. However, during an interview, while promoting his film Humshakals, Sajid decided not to dodge the question on his breakup.
Sajid went on record and said,
"While we broke up in May 2013, in reality right from December 2012, it started becoming sour."
He further added,
"When you don't have a woman in your life, you don't have someone constantly nagging you, so you end up working better and are more focused. I went for a holiday with her for five days in the middle of making Himmatwala and felt so bad when the film didn't do well. For Humshakals, I have not taken a single holiday."
Well, Sajid Khan does not seem to be too quiet about his relationships. His statement clearly shows that it was the woman in the life at that time who became the reason behind Himmatwala "not doing well". Now, if only Sajid had read what critics wrote about the film, he might not have said such things, is what many people might want to say to him!
The hottest actors of Bollywood broke a million hearts when they started dating each other. Ranbir and Deepika’s relationship was quite serious, and Deepika even got his initials tattooed on her neck. But after three years there was trouble in the paradise.
As the young couple was moving their separate ways, not everything seemed fine between the two. Deepika on numerous occasions made remarks that pointed to Ranbir’s Casanova image. She even said,
"When I am in a relationship, I give it my all. I am totally committed and devoted. Somehow in all my relationships, it has been the guy who has strayed. You can ignore something if it happens once, but if it keeps happening, you have to realise that something is wrong."
The couple is now back to being good friends, and are seen hanging out with each other quite often. They even did a movie together named Tamaasha. Well, all's well that ends well, right?

Once considered to be the golden couple of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan had a very bitter and public break up. It was Salman Khan’s Casanova nature that led to the couple’s split.
After the break-up, Aishwarya came out to the media and said that Salman could not accept her walking out on him. He would deliberately injure himself when she did not pick up his calls. Aishwarya also said that during their relationship Salman was extremely possessive and even abused her physically and mentally.
Aishwarya was reported saying,
"After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish. He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishek Bachchan to Shahrukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. And I would go to work as if nothing had happened."
Ash’s family was against the relationship from the beginning, but she decided to stand by Salman, hoping that he would improve. Ash also decided to break up with him when Salman had inadvertently admitted having cheated on her for long. Salman is still single, while Aishwarya has become the Bachchan bahu and a mother.
Many eyebrows were raised when Rahul Mahajan announced that he was going to choose his bride through a swayamvar on television. And, he further surprised everybody by actually tying the knot with struggling model, Dimpy Ganguly.
However, within four months, Dimpy walked out his home claiming that Rahul had physically abused her. She went on record to say,
"Rahul beat me up early in morning, after waking me up to know the contents of a message that had beeped on my phone. When I asked him to go back to sleep, he flew into a rage and began hitting me. He punched, kicked and dragged me by hair."
However, she returned to his house again when Rahul expressed his regret, and everything seemed fine as the couple made quite a few public appearances as a ‘happy couple’ after that. But, that too did not last long.
The couple, however, filed for a divorce. Things worsened so much that they even filed an appeal to skip the mandatory counseling period of six months that would precede a divorce, to hurry up the proceedings. This was Rahul’s second marriage. His first wife Shweta too had alleged mental and physical abuse, and that became the ground for her seeking a divorce from him. Dimpy has moved on in her life and is happily married to her childhood friend, with whom she has a daughter too.
