Indian weddings are famous across the world for their age-old traditions and gala time that brings the entire family together under one roof. It is a celebration of not just two souls, but two families that unite. From a young age, a woman waits for her biggest day to arrive. She mentally prepares an entire checklist for her biggest day, and she makes sure that every detail of her wedding is on point.

Meet the bride of the week, Aashna Marwah, who tied the knot with the love of her life, Dhruv Marwah in a grand ceremony at Morbagh, New Delhi. For the mehendi ceremony, the bride picked famous designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla's gorgeous rani pink lehegna. The lehenga featured geometric gota-work, a princess-cut choli and a matching dupatta, neatly tucked over the shoulder.
The bride kept her look stunning with layered emerald haar, a meenakari hasli, a maang teeka, and oversized chandbalis. However, it was her floral kamarbandh that won our hearts. The bride made sure to add the floral jewellery to her mehendi look, but instead of donning a necklace, she had picked floral banjubandh and a kamarbandh.
The bride's look was kept dewy with highlighted cheeks, soft smokey eyes, defined brows and nude-toned lips. Her hair was half tied at the back, and she looked super gorgeous.
For the wedding, the bride opted for a traditional red lehenga. She picked the designer, Anamika Khanna's pretty ensemble with zari embroidery. While her lehenga was a beauty on its own, it was the bride's layers of jewellery that added uniqueness to her look. She picked heavy satlada haar, layered neckpiece and a choker.

We love the bride's rani pink lehenga, which she wore on her mehendi, and her wedding day look. Which one was your favourite?
