Charu Asopa Vlogged her first workout session two months after giving birth to her daughter, Ziana, through C-section and shared her experience.
Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen had announced the news of their first pregnancy in May 2021. The duo had shared snippets of their pregnancy with their fans on their respective social media handles. Their long wait of nine months had come to an end on November 1, 2021, as they had welcomed a little princess into their lives, whom they have named Ziana. Charu had given birth via C-section, and now, as she resumed her workout, she shared her experience.
On December 28, 2021, Charu Asopa had taken to her Instagram stories to share a precious moment of her daughter’s life. In the photo, we could see Charu holding her daughter, Ziana, as she had posed for the camera. We had also spotted a cute feet impression of her daughter. Atop it, she had written:
"Ziana's little feet."

As Charu has been documenting her life on her YouTube channel, this time she Vlogged her first workout experience after delivering her daughter, Ziana, through C-section. In her Vlog she talked about how she consulted her doctor before joining the pilate class as she had to consider her medical conditions as well. She said:
“I am going to do my favourite workout, which is Pilates. It’s been two months since Ziana’s birth. I consulted the doctor and I learnt that after six weeks, I can resume my workout. There were many, who had queries about resuming workout after a Caesarean. So if you have a C-section, you can resume your workout after six weeks.”
Charu had always followed her pilates routine before her pregnancy and used to share videos and pictures on her social media platforms. In her Vlog, Charu talked about resuming pilates once again after her daughter’s birth and mentioned its benefits. She added:
“Pilates is good for core strengthening and posture correction. Due to breastfeeding and post pregnancy, the posture gets affected a bit. So Pilates helps in that, which is one of the most important things. I feel glad to resume my workout after a year. It feels so refreshing. I could hear cracking noises of my bones cracking as it had stiffened. My body is opening up and it will take time to be flexible again.”

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Charu Asopa had opened up on her experience of holding her baby for the first time, whom she had given birth in her 37th week. She had said:
“I had to get a C-section in the 37th week. The first time the doctor took me to see her, she was in the OT. I started crying like a baby because she was so small.”
Going further in the interview, Charu had revealed how she had wanted to take Ziana home on Diwali and therefore, she had requested her doctor to discharge her on November 4, 2021. Sharing the details, Charu had added:
''I had told the doctors that I want to take Ziana home on Diwali, which was on November 4, and she was born on the 1st. We requested them, and they agreed, as we wanted to bring our Laxmi home on such an auspicious occasion. I was perfectly fine the day before, but on the 4th, since they had given me spinal anesthesia, I had massive headache and started puking. But since I had made up my mind, I took her home anyhow.”
On the work front, Charu Asopa was last seen in a music video, Bannii.
