“The doctors haven't prescribed any do's and don'ts. I have included a list of seasonal fruits and seeds and cut down on non-vegetarian food and dairy products. If I feel acidic or my stomach is upset, I alter the diet on my own. I am very hopeful that it's all going to be fine. I am told that radiation therapy is advanced and no side effects will occur. Even if there are some, I am informed that they will go away in 15 days. Nothing will happen to me. God is with me. If he wasn't, I wouldn't have discovered the lump.”

However, she feels that she does not need therapies as she has complete faith in the doctors and has curated enough information from the breast cancer survivors. She said that she had even driven a car before her surgery. In her words:
“Some people have advised me to take therapy; they feel I'm shoving it under the carpet- but I am actually built like that. I have got a hold of knowledge, have faith in doctors and have spoken to a lot of breast cancer survivors. I resumed working for 15 days in between. The more normal I behave, the better. Before the surgery I was even driving; my husband (Mohit Hussein) was not sure if I should but I told him to relax as we have an automatic car and just my left hand would be enough. ”

I explained to her that just like how a cut is given in a C-section, they would give a cut in my breast and bring the lump out. I told her I would be hospitalized but I would be back in the gym soon. She said she would like to stay in the hospital like my mom and husband had parked themselves. She wanted to look after me.”
