Dalljiet Kaur first time revealed that after she and her son, Jaydon, were cheated on by Nikhil Patel, her first husband, Shalin, never enquired about them.
Dalljiet Kaur has been fighting the toughest times as her second husband, Nikhil Patel stranded her and her son, Jaydon. The duo tied the knot in March 2023, and within eight months, Dalljiet was back to her home. She not only accused Nikhil of denying their marriage and calling it 'not legal', she also hinted at his extra-marital affair. Amidst it, a fan asked Dalljiet Kaur to patch up with Shalin Bhanot, and to everyone's surprise, her first husband never connected with her or their child.
Recently, one of Dalljiet's fans took to her Instagram post, and asked her about connecting with her first husband, Shalin. However, to everyone's surprise, Dalljiet revealed that he had not connected with her. She also added that Shalin seems disinterested in knowing what happened with his son, Jaydon. She stated that he must be too busy to care about them. Here is what Dalljiet wrote:
"He has not messaged or reached out. I don’t think he is interested to know what must have happened with his son. He must be too busy."

For the unversed, Dalljiet, who had high hopes for her second marriage, was left broken after Nikhil denied their marriage being legal in Kenya. The actress, who had moved countries to settle down with Nikhil, was back in India in January 2024, leading to murmurs of her separation. While Dalljiet initially didn't utter a word about the sanctity of her marriage, she later accused Nikhil of having an extra-marital affair.
On the other hand, Nikhil, in his defence, claimed that their marriage was never legal and only held cultural significance. Not only this, Nikhil added that Dalljiet wasn't able to adjust in his home in Kenya, so she left the country, which marked the end of their relationship. He also asked Dalljiet to take away her belongings, or else he would throw them out. Nikhil also threatened Dalljiet with legal notices and warned her not to defame him or use any of his daughter's pictures and videos without consent.
Recently, the actress' PR manager, Ash Parmar, had come in Dalljiet's support and revealed the true face of Nikhil. Ash started her note by calling out Nikhil and explaining that the last time, he had come to India to become famous by marrying Dalljiet. She added that now he is after another girl, and he is changing girls like visual shoes. Ash also revealed how Nikhil was always rude to Dalljiet's son, Jaydon. She hinted that it was clearly visible that there was something wrong in the actress' life and her son, Jaydon. An excerpt from her note can be read as:
"Unfortunately, her ex husband displayed a troubling arrogance, narcissism, and rudeness. His cold demeanor towards her son was just one of many red flags that indicated his true character which I saw with my own eyes. It's disheartening to see someone of her caliber treated with such disregard. Women deserve respect and genuine support, not to be undermined by those who should be their partners."
For those who don't know, Dalljiet Kaur and Shalin Bhanot had an ugly marriage. They were together for six years. The actress had accused him of domestic violence. They had an ugly separation which was discussed widely in the media. According to reports, they came together while shooting for their show. However, when Shalin participated in the reality show, Bigg Boss 16, Dalljiet supported him and rooted for him.
