Dalljiet Kaur and Nikhil Patel's ugly separation raised concerns about people's interest in and commitment to marriage. Amidst it, Dalljiet revealed that Nikhil had sent her tonnes of notices.
Dalljiet Kaur and Nikhil Patel's ugly separation news has been all over the media. While the actress in 2023 left people in awe with her 'second innings' by getting married to Kenya-based businessman, Nikhil, she rushed back to Inda within just eight months of separation. Initially, Dalljiet kept mum about her divorce, but later, she accused Nikhil Patel of 'cheating' her and claiming that their marriage was not legally binding but only held cultural importance.
Dalljiet has been sharing cryptic notes and expressing her pain on social media. However, it is severely hampering Nikhil's image in India. To avoid the matter, Nikhil sent her tonnes of notices, and Dalljiet, who has no fear, made sure to give it back. She took to her IG stories and re-shared his IG story. Atop it, she expressed how he had sent her notices to protect her. She wrote:
"Awww, Yeh pyaar ruke nahi ruk raha. Itne saare notice bhej diye mujhe to stop for her sake. And then you put on social media yourself. Maybe you should stop poking me."

However, Dalljiet deleted the IG story later. Not only this, she posted another IG story, wherein she expressed how Nikhil could erase the truth. Highlighting the fact that Nikhil had painted his Kenya home with white, wherein earlier Dalljiet had made her painting, the actress wrote:
"Erase a wall, how do you erase the truth?''
Earlier, Nikhil, in an interview with The Times Of India, clearly stated that when Dalljiet moved back to India with her son, it led to their separation. He stated that he had married Daljiet as per the Indian wedding ceremony, but only held cultural significance, and they were not legally bound. The statement irked the netizens, and taking to Reddit, they discussed the problematic behaviour, and how Dalljiet has been naive in rushing to get married to Nikhil.
Not only this, Nikhil added that they had cultural clashes and different values. He added that he had safely kept Dalljiet's belongings, and her departure from Kenya marked the end of their relationship. He added that despite Dalljiet's cryptic social media activities, he had found peace in moving on.
