Release date of Varun Dhawan's upcoming film, 'Street Dancer 3D' has reportedly been postponed owing to his December 2019 wedding with Natasha Dalal. Varun Dhawan himself has denied such reports now.
When it comes to celebrity weddings in Bollywood, we all know no date, no detail, no report, is ever certain, unless and until we get our hands on the wedding pictures of our favourite couples. Remember how Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's weddings had unfolded? After more than a year's worth of speculations, they had taken the nuptial plunge eventually. Something similar is the case with Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal. Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal's wedding, like all Bollywood weddings, has been a long-anticipated affair. From reports on their Goan destination wedding to an Italian wedding amidst Lake Como, Varun and Natasha's marriage has been making it to the headlines quite a lot, for almost a year now.
Recent media reports had suggested that owing to Varun and Natasha's December 2019 wedding, the release date of his upcoming film, Street Dancer 3D has been postponed. But now, Varun himself has come out in the open to clarify and refute such reports. In a media interaction, he was quoted as saying, "It’s just not true. I am tired of denying these reports over and over again.”
His father and filmmaker David Dhawan also spoke along similar lines. He said that his son's wedding will happen with full dhoom dhaam, “I know everybody is eager to see Varun married; so am I. We all in the family would be happy when he gets married. Shaadi hogi khoob dhoom-dhaam se. But let’s not make up the dates and venues for the wedding. We will officially announce the wedding with all the details when it happens."
A SpotboyE report had claimed a few days ago that the release date of Street Dancer 3D has been pushed further due to Varun's wedding with Natasha. The report had stated, "Varun Dhawan has requested the director of the film Remo D’Souza to shift it to next year. And the reason is his wedding with Natasha Dalal in December 2019."
David Dhawan, recently, had given his nod to Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal's wedding. In an interaction with MensXP, the 63-year-old director had said, "His marriage will happen next year maybe. I am very happy with their relationship. What more does a father need?" (Must Read: Jay Bhanushali Spends Quality Time With Pregnant Wife, Mahhi Vij, Shares When A Man Becomes A Father)
It must be noted here that earlier a media report had claimed that the Dhawan family is planning for a destination wedding for Varun, "The Dhawans are planning a big wedding towards the year-end. Varun and Natasha and the families have decided on a December date for the big day. In all probabilities, it will be a destination marriage. As of now, they are looking at getting the entire contingent to Goa for a beach wedding."
The report had further suggested, "Only their closest buddies from the film fraternity will be invited for the Goan shaadi and the lovebirds plan to throw a lavish reception party back in Mumbai for everyone."
Talking reverently about Natasha, Varun had told a media portal once that he likes her individuality, “Where I and Natasha are concerned, I think, eventually, after we get married, we are together all that stuff, she has to, she has her own individuality. That's why I'm with her because she has her own individuality, she has her own voice which is super strong with things she wants to do and things she wants to achieve in life. And, as her partner, that is something I want to support, you know. And, she has been so supportive where my career is concerned, always, from day one actually.”
The October actor had shared in another interview, “She (Natasha) and I went to school together. So, she knows my parents for ages. She’s been attending functions with my parents before also but it wasn’t photographed them. She’s my rock, she’s my anchor. She’s the stabilising factor in my life. It’s pretty much like family.” (You May Like: Raveena Tandon Reacts On Akshay Kumar Recreating 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani', After He Gets Trolled For It)
