Reportedly, Deepika and Ranveer would tie the nuptial knot in Lake Como, Italy. And with every intricate detail about DeepVeer and their wedding making it to the headlines on a daily basis, how could we forget about the most important thing post any wedding? The dream home! Yes, as per latest reports, Deepika and Ranveer are hunting for their dream house wherein they would shift post their wedding.
And a source revealed to the DNA that it’s not a cake walk for the two, “Zeroing down on such an apartment isn’t an easy task and this will take some time. They don’t want to rush into choosing the property. They want to do it up completely before they move in”. And not only that but the source also revealed that until they don’t find a suitable home for themselves, Ranveer would shift with Deepika at her Prabhadevi house. The source shared, “It’s a wise and practical decision by the duo because Deepika stays alone in Prabhadevi. And Ranveer doesn’t want her to leave the place that she has made her home over the years”.
And follow-ups to these reports are suggesting that Deepika and Ranveer’s dream home post-wedding would be along the design of Shah Rukh Khan’s home, Mannat. And guess what? Reportedly, their home would cost a whopping Rs 70 crore!

Every detail of Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding goes viral these days. Yesterday, i.e. November 04, 2018, the reports on Deepika Padukone’s mangalstura were rife everywhere. It’s a solitaire diamond mangalsutra and costs Rs 20 lakhs! Reportedly, a jewellery shop needed to be shut down half-an-hour before the usual time owing to Deepika’s visit.
Deepika has her roots in South India, and Ranveer is a Sindhi. Because of their different ancestral roots and traditions, Deepika and Ranveer would tie the knot twice. As per reports, “Since Deepika is a South Indian and Ranveer is of Sindhi-Punjabi origin, the two families decided to follow customs practised by both communities. A South Indian wedding has been planned for November 14, complete with Kannadiga rituals. The next day will see the couple solemnise their relationship as per the customs of a North Indian wedding”.
Post their wedding, the Ram Leela co-actors turned lovebirds would fly off, reportedly to Italy itself, for a short honeymoon. Recent reports have suggested, “The couple will head for a brief honeymoon before Ranveer dives into the promotions of Simmba which opens on December 28”.
In a recent interview with India Today’s Rajdeep Sardesai, Deepika revealed how she wants her marital life to be like, “I have seen my parents do it so well and so successfully and for me that’s the way I would like my married life to be as well.I think they have a beautiful relationship, the way they have managed their professional life and being together as a family and in every way they have set an amazing benchmark for me and my sister and I would love for it to be that way”.
