Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's much-anticipated wedding took place on November 14 and 15, 2018 in Lake Como, Italy. Though DeepVeer kept their wedding super intimate, everyone has been talking about this much-in-love couple and the biggest Bollywood wedding of the year. The nation waited in anticipation for the newly-weds to share their official wedding photographs and then finally, Leela and Ram obliged their fans with two pictures that made us a part of their special day. While our eyes were brimming with tears of joy after those two pictures, our heart still wanted more. Ranveer’s stylist, Nitasha Gaurav shared a full-length picture of the bride and groom from their Konkani wedding posing happily with the #TeamGroom. Then came another picture of the happy newly-weds, but with #TeamBride. According to the sources, everyone who attended Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding was handed a personalized photograph and handwritten note.

Sabyasachi Mukherjee posted an Insta story sharing a picture of the drop-dead gorgeous couple from their pre-wedding ceremony. For the chooda ceremony, Deepika looked resplendent in a long, straight fit kurta with pants, while Ranveer glowed with happiness in an emerald green kurta-pyjama with gold zari motifs, which he complemented with an embroidered jacket. Ranveer and Deepika will head back to Mumbai on November 18, 2018, and then, the newly-weds will fly to Bengaluru for their November 21, 2018 reception for their few family members and friends. Ranveer’s house in Mumbai has been decked up for the welcome of the newly-wedded couple. And as per a Pinkvilla report, Ranveer Singh’s sister, Ritika Bhavnani implemented this idea to surprise her bhaiya and bhabhi. Sahib Singh, the CEO and founder of WC told Pinkvilla, “We have been given these decor specification by the family (Ranveer’s Dad Mr Jugjeet Bhavnani and Sister Ritika Bhavnani) as it was supposed to be a surprise for them. We have customised this entire decor as per the likes of the family members. The brief given was pretty clear, classy and elegant.”
Before their wedding, Deepika and Ranveer have been on a house-hunting spree and now as per the reports, they have already bought an apartment. According to a Filmfare report, Deepika and Ranveer Singh have bought a new bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai and it costs approximately Rs 50 Crores. A source revealed, “Ranveer and Deepika were looking for their perfect home since quite a while and the moment they saw this property, they knew they wanted it. It’s a huge bungalow which costs Rs 50 crore approximately. They wanted the interiors more personalised so the work in that house is still on. Until then, the duo will be residing in Singh’s current residence, Shree.”
In a throwback interview, Deepika talked about the tragic endings of DeepVeer's on-screen characters in all their films, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani, Finding Fanny and Padmaavat. When asked if she wanted to star in a movie with a happy ending for Ranveer and her, she had stated, "I hope so. I really hope so. That's actually what my family is always telling me. My sister especially and my mother, they are always like 'do you have to die in every film?'" She went on to say, "So yes, I hope that whatever film Ranveer and I do next, that we don't end our lives in the way that we have and also maybe, a less emotionally draining film.
