Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh Have Struck An Interesting Deal With Their Wedding Chef

On October 21, 2018, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh confirmed their November wedding by sharing on social media, “With the blessings of our families, gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness. Now, with less than a fortnight left for DeepVeer’s wedding, their million fans want to know every detail about the most anticipated Bollywood affair of 2018. And guess what? As per the latest reports doing rounds everywhere, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have struck an interesting deal with their wedding chef that the food menu would not be prepared anywhere else. Wow! It seems that these two have fully decided to keep it all secret- first the wedding guest list, then no mobile phones inside the venue and now the food menu!

All this secrecy about Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding is only increasing our anticipation. Earlier, a DNA report suggested that the couple has asked their guests not to bring mobile phones inside the venue, “The couple has apparently asked their guests not to get their cell phones to the wedding so as no photos or videos get leaked before they officially announce it”.

The report further added, “They have asked guests to not bring their cell phones to the ceremony. Considering the fact that it will be a destination wedding, there will be fewer people and all the arrangements will be in place. While the two, in all likelihood, will share pictures with their fans eventually, they hope this step will help them guard their privacy”.

And just like us, even Deepika is unable to contain her excitement for her D-day. Talking to Rajdeep Sardesai of India Today, the Padmaavat actress shared, “I'm excited in the same way as I'm excited about signing my next film. Deepika also revealed how she wants her married life with Ranveer to be like, “I have seen my parents do it so well and so successfully and for me that’s the way I would like my married life to be as well.I think they have a beautiful relationship, the way they have managed their professional life and being together as a family and in every way they have set an amazing benchmark for me and my sister and I would love for it to be that way”.

DeepVeer’s wedding shall take place on November 14 and 15, 2018 in Lake Como, Italy. And the two would get hitched twice- first as per South Indian traditions and then as per Sindhi rituals. A Mid-Day report earlier claimed, “Since Deepika is a South Indian and Ranveer is of Sindhi-Punjabi origin, the two families decided to follow customs practised by both communities. A South Indian wedding has been planned for November 14, complete with Kannadiga rituals. The next day will see the couple solemnise their relationship as per the customs of a North Indian wedding”.

Reports on their wedding reception back in India have also surfaced now. There will be two wedding receptions- one in Bangalore on November 21, 2018, and the second one in Mumbai on November 28, 2018. It has been reported, “The wedding reception will see the friends and acquaintances of both Deepika and Ranveer in attendance. The couple probably knows a lot of people who will be left out of the wedding would be upset. They’ve already started personally calling up the invitees for the reception”.
