Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are currently in London for the shooting of '83. Fans clicked a video of the duo holding each other's hand as they walked the streets of London.
Modern-day love is mostly about hook-ups and ‘kisses at first sight’! In the process, people have actually forgotten how it feels to hold somebody’s hand and walk the road or cross the streets. Somebody who would look into your eyes and say, “Listen, you are mine!”, and decipher how you are the ‘most beautiful girl in the world’ for him, looks indeed utopian to us. But all thanks to our favourite Bollywood celebs, who never leave any stones unturned to reinstate our faith in ‘true love’. And who can be a better exemplar of explaining what love actually is all about other than Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh? It was on October 21, 2018, when two posts (one in Hindi and the other one in English) had popped up on our Instagram feeds. As soon we opened it, our hearts sang a merry song as it was the official announcement of our most favourite on-screen couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh taking their relationship to the next level by becoming one another’s forever! And thus, on November 14-15, 2018, DeepVeer (as their fans fondly denote them), got married in a dreamy, private, destination wedding in Italy to start a whole new chapter in their lives.
How deeply Ranveer Singh is in awe of his wife, Deepika Padukone, must not be unknown to you! In interviews, film promotions and award shows, Ranveer has time and again shared that he is married to the best and the most beautiful girl in this world. And we don’t even doubt him for a nanosecond! Their PDA is to die for and something similar happened on the streets of London. Ranveer is currently all geared up for his upcoming stint in Kabir Khan’s ’83, a film based on Kapil Dev’s life. The actor is on an 85-90 day schedule in London from the end of May and with his wife, Deepika, who is playing his on-screen wife, Romi Bhatia, also joined her hubby, post completing her work commitments. And that is exactly where fans clicked Deepika and Ranveer on London streets, hand-in-hand with one another, as they walked away! Take a look at the same below:
It was on August 2018, three months before their wedding when Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had walked hand-in-hand, decked up in all casuals as they were taking a tour around Disneyland in Orlando, USA. A fan had clicked the duo and had asked Deepika if she could click a picture with them and the video had ended with the Padmaavat actress walking towards them. The fan had even later accused Ranveer and Deepika of misbehaving with her and had said, “I was the one who was attacked I made this video! Such disrespectful actors! They lost a fan and their self-respect." She had further written, "They attacked me! Both of them. Disgusting ass people! Fame got to their head." It was their fans who had then come to their aide. In July, a few days after Ranveer Singh's birthday, Deepika Padukone had posted a picture of her and her hubby's hands, holding each other’s tightly so as to not let one another go! Sharing the picture, Deepika had written, “There’s something so real about holding hands, some kind of complex simplicity, saying so much by doing so little...” Now that suffices it all! Of late, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had been grabbing headlines due to the former’s pregnancy speculations. Keeping their social media PDA game on point, Deepika had written, “Hi Daddie” as one of the comments on Ranveer’s Instagram live, backed by a wave, baby and a heart emoji. To this, Ranveer had instantly responded by replying, “Hi baby”. It further turned into a snowball when Arjun Kapoor commented on their PDA saying, “Baba Bhabi is gonna give you one”. And that is how people started speculating that a junior Bhavnani-Padukone might be on the prowl soon! In an interview with the Filmfare, Deepika Padukone had poured her heart out and spoke about having a permanent roommate in the form of hubby, Ranveer Singh and had stated, “It’s beautiful living together. I’m sure cynics will say you’ve just gotten married to him, wait for 15 years or 25 years. We’ll figure it out then. For now, it’s the best feeling in the world. I looked forward to living together because I moved out of home at a young age to start working. A lot of my friends used to say we can’t wait to get out of our house. I was the opposite. I got out young. I craved for my family. When we were dating, it was about spending time with his family or going to Bangalore to be with my parents. I’d crave that quality time where you wake up in the morning and have someone to talk to while you’re having breakfast. For the last 15 years, I was alone.” And hardly six months into their courtship, Ranveer Singh had known that Deepika Padukone will be the mother of his children! Yes, this is what Ranveer had shared in an interview, “Six months into the relationship, I knew she was the one. I nurtured the relationship accordingly. It’s been six years now. She’s too good, too lovely. She’s a force of nature. I understood that almost immediately. I’m lucky to have her. I knew all too well that this is the woman I’m going to marry. This is the woman who would become the mother of my children. I’ve been thinking about marriage seriously for almost three years now. I was just waiting, I told her the minute you say so, we’ll do it.” (Also Read: Charu Asopa Sen And Rajeev Sen's Passionate Liplock At Their Dreamy European Honeymoon Is Beautiful) Deepika and Ranveer, we love you!
