Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s chup chup ke wala love was the talk of the town, ever since the two were shooting for their film, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. While the two had kept everything under the wraps, their fans had sensed the seriousness of their relationship and since then, they love them as ‘Deepveer.’ After all the speculations, the couple had gotten married on November 14 and 15, 2018, and the lockdown 2020 had come as a sense of relief for them as the two had finally gotten time to be with one another.

During the lockdown 2020, Deepika and Ranveer had made sure that they stay active on their respective Instagram handles, and connect with their fans, sharing some snippets from their life. The couple was seen posting their workout videos and photos of how they both are spending time together. From their fun banters to their cooking session, we had loved their snippets of lockdown. Remember how Deepika had labelled the most important possession of her life and the man of her dreams, Ranveer or their post-workout goofy selfie? We surely cannot forget them!
As COVID-19 cases are on a spike in Maharashtra, 15 days ‘Janta curfew’ has been imposed in the state and the shoots have come to a halt. The citizens are facing lockdown 2.0 and everyone is asked to stay at home. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were spotted at the airport as they were seen twinning. White shirt with black pants and denim jacket, made the couple look perfect with each other. While Ranveer opted for a black mask and black shades, Deepika chose tan boots and a large Fendi tote tan bag with a white mask. The couple surely stood out and yet it was Deepika’s Fendi tote bag that blew our mind as it costs $3,490, which roughly translates to Rs 2,62,606.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, the couple is headed to Bangalore, to be with Deepika’s parents, Prakash Padukone and Ujjala Padukone. The source stated that the shooting restrictions and lockdown have made the couple shift their base from Mumbai to Bangalore for a while. Bangalore is also under curfew, however, the rules are less strict as there is only a night curfew between 10 PM to 5 Am till April 20, 2021.
During lockdown 2020, in a Hangout interview with journalist, Rajeev Masand, Deepika had talked about how her husband, Ranveer is the easiest person to live with during the lockdown. Deepika Padukone was asked about her daily routine with her husband, Ranveer Singh, to which she had said, “I have to say, he’s the easiest person to live with in this scenario. He’s sleeping for about 20 hours, which really allows me time to do things that I want to do.” She had further added, “For the four hours that he’s awake, we’re either watching a movie, eating, exercising. He’s a real joy to be with at this time. No demands, no hassles, he’s very easy.”

Well, as Deepika had said Ranveer used to sleep for 20 hours a day and the actress had also cribbed about the same on her IG story during the lockdown 2020. On May 4, 2020, Deepika had complained about her 'darling hubby', Ranveer's getting-up late habit. She had taken to her Instagram stories and had shared a note that could be read as "Meanwhile @ranveersingh overslept this morning and was late getting to the living room!"
