In her first appearance post delivering her baby girl, Deepika Padukone talked about being deprived of sleep.
Deepika Padukone is currently basking in the glory of motherhood. Bollywood’s hottest couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, embraced parenthood with the arrival of a baby girl on September 8, 2024. The proud parents are yet to announce the name and give a glimpse of their little princess.
Well, it seems like the newbie mommy has resumed work post giving birth and was recently seen with Arianna Huffington for The Live Laugh Love lecture series. In the video doing rounds on social media, Deepika talked about being sleep deprived and burnout. Revealing how it affects her decision-making, the actress stated:
“When you are sleep-deprived or burnt out the decisions that you make and I think sometimes I can actually feel it. I know on particular days when I am feeling stressed or burnt out because I haven't slept enough or practice my self-care rituals...I can tell that my decision-making is getting affected to some extent.”
It is quite astonishing how Deepika kickstarted her work within a month of delivering her baby, but her postpartum glow was unmissable. Deepika slipped into a brown-hued shirt. A pair of golden hoop earrings added stars to her look. A soft, dewy base of makeup and open hair added oomph to the newbie mommy's beauty, and netizens are in awe of her postpartum glow. One user penned, "The new mother glow." Another user commented, "Her face is glowing, you looking so gorgeous."

It was on September 8, 2024, when taking to their IG handle, Ranveer and Deepika, in a collaborative post, announced the birth of their baby girl. After embracing motherhood, the gorgeous actress updated her IG bio featuring her mommy-life routine. The actress' IG bio reads:
"Feed.Burp.Sleep.Repeat."
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to star in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. During the trailer launch of the film, Ranveer Singh revealed the reason behind Deepika’s absence and shared that his wife was with their baby, and thus, he could manage to come and grace the show. In the same interaction, the newbie father stated that his duties are only at night. Not only this, Ranveer also mentioned his daughter as 'Baby Simba' and added that the little one had already made her debut as her mom, Deepika, had to shoot while she was pregnant.
