Deepika Padukone shared a stunning photo of her daughter, Dua's first Christmas celebration with her parents.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed their little bundle of joy, Dua Padukone Singh, on September 8, 2024. The couple announced the joyous news on social media, and since fans have been eager to see the little princess. Dua has occasionally been spotted cuddled up in her mother, Deepika's arms, as she went around. Deepika and Ranveer also hosted a meet and greet for her and the paps, but they are yet to reveal her face.
Dua Padukone Singh is still very young to celebrate festivals, but her doting parents are making sure that the little one enjoys every moment of her life. For Christmas, Deepika shared a cutesy photo on her Instagram account showcasing Dua's first celebration of the festival. The photo featured Deepika's this year's Christmas tree, but the decor made it all the more special.
There were customised ornaments for the Christmas tree. It featured their names, on top was Ranveer's name in golden embedded in a red ball, followed by Deepika and Dua's. They were tied with classic red and black ribbon and filled with dried flower decorations. Sharing the photo, Deepika wrote:
"My heart is full."
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh went all out and organised a special session for the paparazzi to get to meet their three-month-old daughter, Dua, in Mumbai on December 23, 2024. This occasion was the first time Dua was introduced to the shutterbugs. However, the couple made a special request not to click and publish their daughter's pictures at public events or pap-spotting.
The couple selected 15-20 paparazzi and invited them to the event. The meet and greet were held at the clubhouse of Prabhadevi Society. Well-known Mumbai paparazzo, Pallav Paliwal shared the insights from this special private event. They revealed that when they got to the venue, the couple was already there. Soon after, Deepika went inside and brought their daughter, who was dressed in a simple white dress. They were quoted as:
"When we reached Deepika and Ranveer, they were there. Then Deepika went inside and brought baby Dua in her arms. The whole time, Dua clung on to her mother, and then we met her. They requested us not to make too much noise as Dua had just woken up from her nap. After a while Deepika took Dua back inside. They have requested us not to click or publish Dua's photographs until they are ready."
