Deepika Singh Goyal who made a name for herself with her television debut in the serial, Diya Aur Baati Hum became a mother on May 20, 2017, when she and her hubby, Rohit Raj Goyal became parents to their baby boy, Soham. For almost two-and-a-half years, Deepika had been on maternity leave owing to her pregnancy and then taking caring of Soham. But now, our bindni is all set to make a comeback to the small screen. Speaking of Deepika Singh Goyal's comeback with Kavach 2, it was recently reported that Deepika and Namik (Paul) have already shot their mahurat scene in a Shiv Temple located in Naigaon. The media report had claimed, "Deepika looked very happy, she waited quite a bit before getting a nice break. She did not want to take up anything fluffy for just the heck of it."

We are all excited to see Deepika Singh Goyal back on television, right? Last year, talking about her break from work, she had said, "Well, I am on a break now. And I don't want to make myself tired by working in a daily soap until mid-next year at least. However, I don't mind doing a bit of work here and there until then. Deepika Singh Goyal had suffered from postpartum depression after delivering Soham and had shared the following video on her Instagram handle. Along with the video, the 29-year-old actress had said, "Everything comes back that my Guruji #sanatanchakarvarty told me during my postpartum days when I was suffering from low energy levels, sore back, low self-esteem, furious about how to take care of baby and myself, how to be regular for the workout. but this line gave me a huge motivation, maybe to you as well."
