Yes, all your sleepless nights and morning sickness are worth it, the moment you see your little one’s tiny face. Deeya who is expecting her first baby in April 2019, had announced the same on social media with an adorable photo. On December 10, 2018, she had posted a picture with her husband, Ritchie, flaunting her baby bump and captioned the picture as, “2019 I’m ready for you!”
While we agree, pregnancy can be exhausting and you get gazillions of emotions, it is still the most enlightening experience in a woman’s life! And, the soon-to-be-mommy, Deeya shared a valuable lesson that her last trimester of pregnancy has taught her. She further wrote, “It’s such a wonderful fully consuming feeling and in this world we live in where everyone glorifies their lives through Instagram. Pregnancy made me realise you just cannot photograph true happiness. It’s a feeling not a photo!” She concluded the note with, “Alright baby Mehta spring is here and that means your time is nearly up! Cannot wait!”
For those who don’t know, Deeya’s London-based, husband, Ritchie is head-over-heels in love wither her. He had proposed to her in one of the most romantic way. In a throwback interview with TellyChakkar.com, Diya’s little sister, Roshini Chopra had spilled the beans and had shared, “Ritchie is from London and proposed Deeya in Delhi today (10 April) in the most romantic way. He arranged for more than 500 white roses for her and also made a scrapbook of their moments so far. The family is delighted with the match and we are throwing a party this Wednesday (13 April) for close friends and family in Delhi as Ritchie's mother has come from England.”
On November 27, 2016, Diya and Ritchie exchanged the wedding vows amidst close friends and family memebers. The couple had a perfect filmy tadka to their love story. Diya had met the love of her life through a common friend when she had least expected it. The duo felt the magic and soon they realised they are made for each other.
