Devoleena Bhattacharjee looked stunning as a Bengali bride in a traditional white and red saree for her wedding reception.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee is in the headlines for the past few days after she married her gym trainer, Shanwaz Shaikh in an intimate ceremony. And now, the 'Gopi bahu' of the television industry is all geared up for her wedding reception and looked nothing less than a princess.
Taking to her IG handle, Devoleena posted glimpses of herself getting ready as a Bengali bride for her wedding reception. In the Reel, Devoleena looked gorgeous as she donned a white silk saree with red and gold embroidery. She accessorised her look with a dainty gold choker, long gold haar, matching earrings and bangles.

She also donned shankha pola, a statement matha patti and flaunted her mangalsutra. Devoleena’s unique hairstyle also caught our attention. She styled her hair in a twisted jooda, which she adorned with big roses and white flowers.

Devoleena introduced her hubby to the world after her wedding ceremony. Taking to her Instagram handle, Devoleena posted glimpses of her wedding ceremony with Shanwaz. In the pictures, she looked gorgeous in a red lacey saree which she teamed with a full-sleeved sheer blouse. She styled her look with a red dupatta, which was embedded with the blessing, Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava. Devoleena's look was accentuated with a diamond neckpiece, earrings, maang teeka and gold bangles. She also flaunted her mangalsutra.

As per a report by Saas Bahu Saazish, Devoleena married her gym trainer in an inter-caste marriage. After dating for so many years, the duo decided to take the next step in their relationship. The couple had a court marriage, and Devoleena's best friends from the industry graced the special occasion.
For the post-wedding ceremonies, Devoleena opted for a silver-sequinned saree paired with a matching sleeveless blouse. She teamed her look with diamond jewellery and was seen flaunting her mangalsutra and sindoor. On the other hand, Shanwaz opted for a brown-shaded suit, and together they looked amazing.
On December 15, 2022, Devoleena’s mehendi artist posted a glimpse of the actress’ mehendi ceremony. In the Reel, Devoleena was seen flaunting her unique mehendi, which featured a bride and her mother performing the chunni ceremony. As henna was being applied to Devoleena's palms, her mother, who was sitting next to her burst into tears seeing her daughter. The then-bride-to-be too turned emotional seeing tears in her mother’s eyes.
