Dhanashree Verma has received severe hate for her divorce buzz with the cricketer, Yuzvendra Chahal. Now, the choreographer finally broke her silence on the same.
Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal's divorce buzz has been nationwide since the start of the week. Amidst it, people have been severely trolling Dhanashree Verma, and there have been several hate memes going viral. The ugly name-calling and hate can affect anyone, but Dhanashree finally broke her silence on the same. However, she didn't deny her divorce buzz but rather called out people for passing comments on her and the baseless reports being churned out on the internet.
On January 8, 2025, Dhanashree Verma took to her Instagram handle and posted an Instagram story, addressing the ongoing buzz about her. While she didn't deny her separation from Yuzvendra, she directly called out people for assassinating her reputation. She expressed how the past few days have been extremely tough for her and her entire family. She wrote:
"The past few days have been incredibily tough for my family and me. What's truly upsetting is the basless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate."
Further, Dhanashree Verma shared how she had worked hard to build her name and integrity. She added that the silence is not a sign of her weakness but her strength. Dhanahsree added that the negativity spreads easily but it takes a lot of effort to uplift other. She wrote:
"I've worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of my weakness but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to uplift others."
Dhanashree Verma further added that she chose to focus on her truth, which stands tall. She concluded her note by writing:
"I choose to focus on my truth and move forward holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need of justification. Om Namah Shivaay."
Amidst the gossipmongers finding out the reason behind their separation, and if it might just be a false buzz, a picture of Dhanashree Verma went viral. Dhanashree faced uncalled public wrath as a mushy photo of her with choreographer, Pratik Utekar have been making rounds on the internet.
In the photo, the two were dressed in matching black outfits. Subtle makeup and open hair completed Dhanashree's look. It seems to be from Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, and this moment was an after-party celebration. Sharing the photo a user wrote:

Later, Pratik also reacted to the baseless claims and linking him to Dhanashree. Taking to his Instagram story, on December 7, 2025, Pratik hit back at hater and added how the world is too free to makes stories. He wrote:
"World is too free to make stories and comment and DM with just one pic of what they see… Grow up guys."
