Dhanashree Verma has been on a new path, making her destiny amid divorce rumours with Yuzvendra Chahal.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma have been in the limelight for weeks because of rumours about their alleged separation. Amid all the speculations, the dancer and choreographer has kept up her spirits and stayed positive by keeping herself busy. Dhanashree on January 24, 2025, attended her first pottery class and shared a video of her entire experience.
Dhanashree began the selfie video by saying she decided to try something different, unique, and interesting. Something that her friend suggested, which is very therapeutic. She was then seen sitting on a stool while trying her hands on her first pottery class. Dhanashree had worn a black crop top and denims and had taken her position on a stool. She then showed off her pottery wheel and, in the video, spoke about how pottery class helped her bring back her focus to the centre. Dhanashree was then seen moulding a lump of clay, putting it on the pottery wheel, and giving it a flat base. As the wheel started revolving she gave a pretty shape to her created pot. The caption written by her was:
"Shape your own destiny, one piece at a time. My first pottery class and I’m so glad it turned out to be so so good… a must try."
As the clip ended, she revealed a glimpse of her pot creation, and fans loved the marvellous creation she made. Indeed! Her first creation at the pottery class was worth making note of her hidden talent.
It was in December 2020, when Yuzi and Dhanashree got engaged and married. The pair has been married for over four years, and their divorce rumours have concerned fans. Earlier in a Rajasthan Royals podcast, Dhanashree had spilt the reason behind Yuzi's smiling face. In her words:
“Yuzi is a very happy person, to be very honest, and he loves cricket. His first love is cricket, so being in this environment around his fellow mates is the primary reason behind him smiling always and to have a beautiful smile."
It is interesting to note that Dhanashree has kept all the pictures with Yuzi from her wedding and other gatherings on her Instagram. On the flip side, he has deleted all the memories from his social media feed. The dancer-turned-actress had strictly addressed the divorce murmurs in a long post and also spoke about being brutally trolled. Her post read:
"The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What's truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate. I've worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness but of strength."
Dhanashree ended the post by saying she chose to focus on her truth and move forward, holding onto her values. She also said that truth would not need justification.
