Life becomes much easier when you walk through the ups and downs of life, holding your partner's hands, who is meant for you. Though at times, it might take time, one is sure to come across their better half. Bollywood actress, Dia Mirza had found love again in a Mumbai-based businessman, Vaibhav Rekhi, after separation from her first husband, Sahil Sangha.
In February 2021, Dia Mirza had surprised everyone with pictures of her intimate wedding with Vaibhav Rekhi. Taking to her IG handle, the diva had written, "Love is a full-circle that we call home. And what a miracle it is to hear its knock, open the door and be found by it. Sharing this moment of completion and joy with you..my extended family. May all puzzles find their missing pieces, may all hearts heal and may the miracle of love continue to unfold all around us."

A few minutes ago, Dia Mirza took to her IG handle to post an unseen picture with her hubby, Vaibhav Rekhi and wished him on his 36th birthday. She also penned a heartmelting birthday wish for him and explained the meaning of her tattoo. She wrote, "What does this tattoo mean? You had asked… it means Freedom From Fear - Azaad.''
Going further in her heartwarming note, the Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein actress, Dia Mirza, explained why he is the best father and husband in the world. She added, "What a long way we’ve come is such a short time Vaibh Happy Birthday to the best Papa and partner in the whole world You make our lives perfect in every possible way. Here’s to many more adventures and discoveries together! #SunsetKeDiVane."

On July 14, 2021, Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi had embraced parenthood with the arrival of their son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi. Dia had taken to her IG handle to share a picture of the little munchkin's hand along with a post that could be read as "To paraphrase Elizabeth Stone, To have a child is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body. These words perfectly exemplify Vaibhav & my feelings right now. Our heartbeat, our son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi was born on May 14th. Having arrived early, our little miracle has since then been cared for by tireless nurses and doctors in the Neonatal ICU."
Dia Mirza's post had talked about the complications that she had faced in her pregnancy and that had led to the pre-matured birth of her son. Her post had stated, "A sudden appendectomy during my pregnancy and a subsequent and very severe bacterial infection could have led to sepsis and proven to be life threatening. Thankfully, the timely care and intervention by our doctor ensured the safe birth of our baby via an emergency C-section."
Dia's post had further added that it was due to her son that she could understand, what it is like to embrace parenthood. The post had explained, "As we watch this tiny being, this Zen master in awe and wonder, we learn from him, in all humility, the true meaning of trusting the universe and of parenthood. And to not be afraid, and so we humbly take the lead from his resilience and courage. We do not have enough words to thank all those who continue to help us live this story of hope and faith and create a safe, healing, nurturing space for Avyaan and I. He will be home soon and his elder sister Samaira and grand parents are waiting to hold him in their arms."
Lastly, Dia Mirza had thanked all her fans and well-wishers for their concern for her. Her post had concluded with, "To our well-wishers and fans, I just want to say - your concern has always meant a lot to me and if it was possible to share this news before, we would have. Thank you all for all the love, light, faith and prayers. We extend them back to everyone who is struggling to hold on to hope right now or is praying for a loved one.
