Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash saw an unbelievable moment in the history of Hindi cinema, wherein three superstars of the same generation came together and joined stage. Yes, we are talking about the three Khans of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, who entertained the guests at the Ambanis bash together. From their fun banter to doing the iconic towel dance together, the trio left everyone hooked to their seats with unending entertainment. However, amid all, it seems a particular gesture by Shah Rukh Khan irked the netizens.
During the sangeet celebrations of the soon-to-be-married couple, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the three Khans came together and shared the stage for an event full of entertainment. While the trio made a dhamakedaar entry on the tunes of their respective songs, it was later that they danced together shoulder-to-shoulder to the song, Naatu Naatu from the film, RRR. Moreover, they even invited Ram Charan, whose song it was originally, and then the four of them shook their legs together on the hook steps of the song.

Taking to the discussion portal, Reddit, an internet user dropped a clip from Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding bash. The video featured the precise moment when Shah Rukh Khan called Ram Charan up on the stage, so that he could join the former, as well as Salman Khan and Aamir Khan to dance on the tunes of the popular song, Naatu Naatu. However, at one point, after repeatedly calling out Ram Charan from the audience, SRK could be heard calling the former by terms such as idli and sambar.
Well, the clip of Shah Rukh Khan and Ram Charan irked netizens, as they felt the former used culturally derogatory terms to mock the latter. Taking to the comment section of the post, netizens began criticising SRK for his choice of words, and found it improper to mock someone by means of culture shaming. While one internet user commented. “Useless stereotypes of us South Indians eating everything with curd. And the way they depicted that scene was distasteful/gross to say the least”, yet another netizen penned, “If it’s some teenager I can understand but a person of SRK calibre didn't understand calling sardar lassi or south India idli sambar is neither witty or nor funny but it's very disrespectful”.

On the final day of the three-day long pre-wedding festivities for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, Shah Rukh Khan opted for contrasting outfits with his youngest son, AbRam Khan. On the event called Hastakhshar, Shah Rukh followed the cue for ethnic outfits and looked dapper in a white-hued pathani kurta paired with matching pyjama. On the other hand, his baby boy, AbRam sported a black sherwani teamed with matching pyjama. Moreover, they were accompanied with SRK’s wifey, Gauri Khan, who looked breathtaking in a royal blue-hued anarkali, that featured golden embroidery all over it.
