Disha Patani has proved that weight training isn’t a ‘guy’ thing, and no one can have flat abs, toned body and a svelte figure better than the Slow Motion girl herself. As much as Disha’s fitness videos are loved by her fans, her love life with Befikra co-star, Tiger Shroff, too becomes the talk of the town often. Tiger and Disha are always surrounded by the question of ‘Are they/aren’t they in a relationship?’ despite denying the dating speculations every now and then. Tiger and Disha don’t shy away from projecting their feelings for each other.

As a motivational post on Monday, Disha Patani posted a video, wherein she can be seen performing a somersault, and captioned it as “Monday morning be like and Ofcourse ignore the epic fall. Still learning.” Just like us, her beau, Tiger Shroff was equally impressed by Disha’s somersault and commented on her video, “Woahhh awesome height!” followed by fire and clapping emojis.
On August 27, 2019, the trailer of War, starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff was unveiled, and announcing the same on his Instagram handle, the latter had written, “The countdown to your defeat has started, @hrithikroshan! #TeamTiger ready to celebrate our win? #WAR #WarTrailer #HrithikvsTiger @_vaanikapoor_ @itssiddharthanand @yrf.” To this, Disha Patani commented, "It's insane, you’re lit" followed by fire and star emojis.
In an interview with the Vogue magazine, Disha Patani had spilt secrets of her perfectly toned body and her strenuous weight training regimen. When asked, “What will we always find in your workout bag?” Disha had answered, “Earphones, because I'm a complete Bruno Mars fan, and a water bottle, which is the most important part of any workout.” Revealing what does she keeps in mind when shopping for gym shoes, Disha had continued, “You need to understand your feet first, whether you are flat footed or have high arches. Only then can you buy something that fits you properly. Elaborating on how does her fitness regimen look like currently, Disha Patani had informed, “I work out everyday and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kick boxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet.” When asked, “What does your pre-workout meal look like?” Disha had retorted, “I have fallen into this bad habit where I don't eat anything in the mornings before working out, because I feel very full while exercising if I do. But, it is definitely advisable to cram in a small meal before a work out, consisting of some protein, like eggs. After exercising, it is good to add protein again, either through chicken, eggs or paneer.”
How do you think the fitness landscape has changed over the years? Disha Patani had remarked, “It has definitely come a long way, with just as many women working out in the gym today as men. But it is also true that the landscape changed a while ago, and people just haven't realised it yet. The general assumption is that women working out involves cardio, not weight training. But we all work out and do heavy weights; I come across so many girls in the gym training really hard. At the end of the day, it isn't about the gender, but about working on your body and becoming your fittest self.”
Revealing her approach to cheat meals, Disha Patani had stated, “I absolutely love them; in fact, I wait for cheat days the whole week. Depending on the diet I am following and my shoot schedule, I sit down once a week and eat everything I can fit into my stomach.” Sharing her top advice for nailing those vacation photos, Disha had continued, “There is no going wrong with a vacation; the beach makes everything and everyone look good.
