Actress, Divya Agarwal’s is going through all these emotions as she had lost her father recently after his battle with Coronavirus. Since then, Divya has been grief-stricken but is keeping a brave face. She was recently trolled for resuming work and now she has given a befitting reply to her trollers. On October 28, 2020, Divya Agarwal had taken to her Instagram handle and had confirmed the reports about her father, Sanjay Agarwal's demise after losing his battle against COVID-19. The actress had shared a beautiful picture with her father and had stated in her caption that her dearest daddy will always be with her, Her caption could be read as "You are always with me... i love you papa.. RIP." Divya's boyfriend, Varun Sood had also reshared the same picture and caption on his IG handle.
After her father’s death, Divya Agarwal had resumed her work and had started shooting for her brands but the actress has been facing a lot of backlash for her brave act. And now, Divya has given a befitting reply to all the haters. On November 5, 2020, she took to her IG stories and shared a note about the constant trolls she has been facing. Her note can be read as “We are in a country where @virat.kohli is respected for resuming back to his passion after his father’s demise. But when I’m willing to do the same, people are trolling me…this is the last day I’m posting about these things…tomorrow onwards no one will know what I think…I’ll go with the speed of a rocket. You won’t dare to speak in front of me looking into my eyes… I’m so fearless, you’ll be scared.”
On November 4, 2020, Divya had shared a glamourous picture of herself from a shoot and was badly trolled for the same. She had taken to her IG stories and had blasted at the trollers for judging her. Divya had shared a screenshot of the trolls with a strong note that could be read as “I really don’t know what to say ... why do I have to feel guilty about moving on? A few days after, Divya’s father, Sanjay Agarwal’s death, she had shared a picture of her family and had penned a heartmelting note. Her note could be read as “Meri pyari family. Nothing has changed... I have lost a parent but gained a God...I have my heart full of thoughts... I would love to share it with you all... tomorrow I’ll come live in the afternoon… My dad doesn’t Like it when I cry... so I’m not crying at all… I would just like to thank each one of you all who were with me... who were praying for my dad day n night.”
For the uninitiated, Divya's brother was the first person from their family, who had tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago. Soon it was confirmed by the actress that her parents had also tested positive for Coronavirus. While her brother and mother had shown good signs of recovery, it was her father, who couldn’t beat the virus as he was a heart patient too. The actress had requested her fans and well-wishers to pray for her dad's well-being through an emotional IG post on October 26, 2020. Divya had shared a picture of Guru Nanak ji along with a touching caption that could be read as "Kirpa karo Nanak dev ji. I request everyone to pray for my dad dil se at 5 pm.. a collective force of prayer will be really helpful. Mujhe nahi pata kitne beliefs hote hai.. I know there's god. Please pray to god ..
