The popular English-Albanian singer, Dua Lipa chose to ‘dance the night away’ on New Year’s Eve in India. The singer has spent the last few days of 2023 in the country along with her family. They have visited a few places in Rajasthan and the national capital, New Delhi, and even celebrated New Year in Jaipur. Dua took to her official Instagram handle and uploaded a few glimpses of her celebrations. She captioned her post as “New Year's Eve in Jaipur.” In the photos, Dua Lipa was seen wearing a long black halter-neck gown featuring a risque cutout detail on the chest and a front slit. She accessorised her OOTN with statement earrings, huge rings, a watch and a simple chain. For her glam, she opted for greyish eyeshadow, nude lips, blushed cheeks and kept her long reddish tresses open.
The glimpses shared by Dua Lipa comprised of her posing in front of a well-lit plush property in Jaipur. She also uploaded photos of herself with her entire family inside the property, However, what caught our attention was Dua’s picture with the Princess of Jaipur, Gauravi Kumari. The latter donned an off-shoulder black dress, which she paired with a chic neckpiece and studs. Dua was holding a glass of some beverage while the duo posed merrily for the camera on New Year’s Eve. Princess Gauravi Kumari even shared the same picture on the stories of her official Instagram account with two heart emojis atop it.

Rajkumari Shri Gauravi Kumari Baiji Lal Sahiba belongs to the royal family of Jaipur, and she is the daughter of Maharajkumari Shri Diya Kumari Sahiba, who is also a member of the Indian parliament. In 2017, Princess Gauravi Kumari was invited to participate in the prestigious Le Bal debutante ball in Paris, which is known for introducing emerging young talents to global society. Past participants include notable names such as Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter, Shanaya Kapoor.
Gauravi Kumari is the co-founder of the PDKF Store, which is a retail outlet created to showcase products crafted by women working with the Princess Diya Kumari Foundation. All proceeds from sales at The PDKF Store go towards supporting the foundation that was founded by Princess Gauravi's mother.
Previously, Dua Lipa took to her official Instagram handle to share a few glimpses from her trip to India, along with a heartfelt note. In the pictures, the entire Lipa clan could be seen praying inside a temple, touring in a jungle, enjoying Rajasthani folk dance, and doing other fun stuff on their vacation. The singer penned that she felt beyond lucky to end her year in India. Dua described her trip as meaningful, and she shared that the people in the country showed them love, kindness, and hospitality.
