Talking about their wedding plans, Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia said that they would prefer to keep things under wraps for some time!
Bigg Boss season 14 had given us a lot of love stories. But the one that stood out the most was Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia's highly unlikely and bittersweet love story. The couple is often trolled on social media for faking their relationship, but they don't even bother to bat an eyelid to the negativity around them and are going strong as ever. Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan sat for a joint interview with BollywoodHungama and responded to the questions about their marriage. The couple said that they would want to keep all their personal information under wraps and added that everyone will get to know, "Whatever happens, when it happens".
Answering if the couple is planning their wedding anytime soon, Eijaz said, "Now this is like a public marriage, we need to inform everyone whatever happens in our lives. I need to share where we are staying, whether we are staying together. And, I am a very private person! I wanted to make Pavitra secure, I wanted to show to the world that my intentions are very Pavitra, so did that (talked about relationship openly). But, now we would want to keep personal, whatever personal things happen. I do not want to put a date on it, I do not want to tell people what are we going to do. Whatever happens and whenever it happens, you will all get to know. Because there is nothing to hide, but I just do not want to talk about it so much."
Talking about what changed in her life after meeting Eijaz, Pavitra said, "After meeting Eijaz, zindagi me ek thehrao aya. Babli jo bubbly thi wo (I got some stability in life, changed from that bubbly person). After spending time in that house, aapko aate daal ka bhao pata chal jata hai (you get to realise things). What you need to correct and what you are doing wrong in life."
Talking about the importance of personal space, Pavitra said that she never interferes in others' lives and prefers the same treatment for herself. In her words, "I just maintained one thing (through my Bigg Boss stint), that I did not want to go below the belt. Everyone has a personal life. One cannot indulge in mud-slinging for the sake of a show, I never interfere in someone's personal life. I like maintaining the personal space, for myself, as well as others." Earlier, in a conversation with The Times Of India, Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia had talked about taking their relationship to next level and getting married. Eijaz had shared that if things go well, the couple will get married this year. He had said, “Abhi bahut papad belne hain shaadi ke liye. Shaadi inshallah hogi, aur bahut sahi waqt pe hogi. We are keeping our fingers crossed and if all goes well, Pavitra and I will get married this year. Abhi humare ghar waale bahut phaile hue hain, pehle unhe samet le and then we will think about marriage." On the other hand, Pavitra had said, "Things will happen very soon. We can't predict our future, but we can be hopeful and wishful about the future."
When asked how it feels after confessing their feelings and how things are going on between them now, Pavitra had shared that it is all blissful. In her words, "I have always believed that love is a very beautiful feeling. We both are feeling it now. We fought inside the Bigg Boss house and still had feelings for each other. Now, we have come out of the house and have confessed our feelings for each other. It's blissful."
