Daughter of Shobha Kapoor and Jeetendra, Ekta is the head of the production banner, Balaji Telefilms. For the unversed, the 1995 sitcom, Hum Paanch was the first successful show produced by Ekta, and since then, there has been no looking back for her.
On August 1, 2023, Ekta Kapoor was spotted by the paps as she visited Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings. For her outing, the producer opted for a long red-hued jacket and black shorts. She was seen requesting the paparazzi not to click her as she was running late. With her hair left open, Ekta donned a subtle look and was seen wiping her face with a white cloth.
