And now, another star has been added to Ekta's list of achievements as she is honoured with the International Emmy Award.

Ekta Kapoor is all set to make India proud again as she will be honoured with the prestigious International Emmy Awards. For the unversed, the 51st Emmy Awards is all set to be held on November 20, 2023, in New York. A few hours ago, Ekta took to her Instagram handle and dropped two adorable posts, expressing her happiness over getting honoured and recognised for her contribution to the entertainment industry. In the first post, she dropped the official notice of the International Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences, wherein, it was declared that Ekta will be honoured with the International Emmy Directorate Award for her trailblazing career and impact on the Indian Television Landscape.

Sharing the posts, Ekta expressed her gratitude and mentioned that the awards hold a special place in her heart as it reflects her journey in the industry. Mentioning how she is honoured to represent her country on the global forum, the producer stated that the Emmy Awards empowers her to stand for women as she has been doing in the past. In her words:

She has produced many popular shows like Naagin, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Kumkum Bhagya, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and many more.
